  buen hotel

  atención muy buena por parte del personal, buena localización, muy cerca de buenos restaurantes y de las calles principales, desayuno decente, lo único a resaltar que debería mejorar es renovar el mobiliario, está bastante anticuado, he podido ver en otras críticas que se quejan del ingles las personas que trabajan en el hotel, pues en mi opinión ha sido muy buen nivel en la mayoría. Recomendable.

  We loved the hotel and spa here!

  My hubby and I stayed here for four nights and it was the best stay for us in Vietnam so far. We had to check in late after a long 24hr train ride from Hanoi, and they not only had our room ready, they upgraded us to a stunning suite! The suite was beautiful and had a gorgeous view to the sea with a wrap around balcony so we could see the view from every angle. We loved the decor of the rooms and the hotel, the walls and features made out of cane and wood. Just lovely! What's even better, is that the spa in the hotel had a fantastic deal which was get 2-for-1 treatments - so we literally had a massage everyday because the massage therapists were amazing and the price was too good to pass on. My hubby and I are both vegan, so the breakfast choice was a bit limited for us - however, we thoroughly enjoyed all of the fresh fruit in the morning, so it was a perfect breakfast for us. All in all, it's a wonderful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff and we hope we can stay again soon.

  Rooftop buffet restaurant!

  A very nice view for dinner and many choices to choose. The price is not expensive plus one drink. And for more drinks or alcohol need to extra pay. The service is very nice, always try to clean our tables all the time (once, I don't finish yet but she already took my dish and I just oh! ) enjoyable place.

  Super 5 star hotel

  We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were upgraded from a Superior room to a Executive Apartment. Our apartment was huge with a dining table, a living hall and a bar counter. We were also given a free bottle of local red wine by the hotel in conjunction with our anniversary. We were the only Asian in this hotel where the rest of the guest are all Russians. Front counter staff is excellent, helpful and friendly especially the girl name My. Room is super comfortable and spotless clean. Water pressure is strong. Wifi is ok but not strong at the balcony. Breakfast was delicious and many choices but restaurant staff don't really can speak english. In fact, most of the hotel staff can't speak english except for the reception staff. Go for the unlimited seafood bbq buffet dinner at the rooftop restaurant. Seafood is fresh and buffet price is very reasonable at VD 297k/pax only for inhouse guest. Didnt swim at their pool bcos the water is too cold. Beach is just 5 mins walk away with beach towels, sun loungers provided by the hotel. Didnt try their spa because the spas along the road are half the price cheaper than the hotel. Breakfast restaurant staff have to buck up because most of the time its always out of utensils like fork and plates. Replenishment is slow. Even though there are some minor cons here, I still give them 5 stars because for only VD700,000/night (from Agoda) which is the price of a 2 star hotel, I am getting a 5 star hotel services & room. Best hotel to stay in Nha Trang centre. I will definitely be back.

  Would never stay here again.

  Lets start with the only good thing, good view and large room. Thats it, the cleaning of the room was terrible. The housekeeping staff almost kicked the door down at 9am on the first day and were nowhere to be found until late afternoon every other day. It took us 3 days to finally get an extra pillow, asked everyone without any luck. The staff are not friendly at all and I could even go as far as saying the breakfast crew are really rude at times. The pool is ice cold and impossible to use, the pool attendant is as grumpy as the rest of the staff. Going to the beach and using their sun beds or towels is ok as long as you are one of the first 20 to get there from this 21 storey hotel. The sad part was the hotel was really empty due to the Corona Virus scare, I would hate to see it when its filled to capacity. I would never stay here again even if it was half the price.
