  Nice Vacation

  Hello All We stayed there 6 night and almost i can say perfect . Of course there is still some point they have to improve but anyway i can suggest this hotel . Thanks to all staff for good effort during this period also big thanks to Deniz Hnm for perfect communication and very warm welcome #gum Mert Can

  this is the worst hotel i have ever been

  Apparently, since Turkey is now the only country open for tourism, the Turks just went crazy of the pros, nothing, a bunch of minuses I do not even know where to start let's start with the famous Turkish cuisine - it's not there, they cook there for dogs, it's impossible to even eat breakfast, the only thing you can eat is vegetables,further,staff it looks like the world has gone crazy... each member of the staff offers both women and men sex, at every opportunity, only my girlfriend was offered twice, right while they poured her tea, despite the fact that they see that she is not alone, but with me, they absolutely do not care, We had friends who were gay, they were offered too,even at the reception they found out their phone numbers and wrote them messages so that they would come to the beach in the evening entertainment every evening when we were going to have fun with a company, we were kicked out of the common area using a hose with water we were not allowed to turn on the music, because supposedly it was time to sleep and all 24 hour establishments closed at 00 I can list this hell endlessly, but I hate to even remember this, the worst trip in my life

  Does't feel like a five star hotel

  Pros Location is amazing, evertything you need is within the resort:- pools, restaurants, bars, beach. Rooms are super comfortable & clean. Kudos to the friendly lady who cleaned our room every day, she was amazing. Food was good. Waterslides very good for the kids,but our daughter managed to slice her foot open on sharp tile in the pool at the bottom of the slides . Cons: Disgusted to find poo (human excrement) in both pools on three occassions! Twice in the main pool and once in the smaller pool. One time, the child offender looked at me as he was doing it, laughing the whole time. We reported to the attendants each time and were told that this is a common occurance - literally hapening every day and that it was not just children but adults that would do this also! We would do a reconnaissance of the pools each time to check before allowing ourselves to get in. We were gad the sea was nearby as it was thankfully very clean and the water temp was perfect. Even though there was a no reserve rule for sun beds, everyone was doing it. Very frustrating as the beach was empty from 12pm to 5pm yet all the sun lounges were "reserved" - some unoccupied all day but with a convenient towel draped over them for whenever the owner decided to show up. An attendant said we were fine to remove towels and occupy the sun beds ourselves. We did but witnessed a fight between guests the next day over a reserved spot. Dissappointed by the rude and often lazy staff. There were a few outstanding individuals, however, which made this tolerable. Not 5 star but for the deal we got lastminute, we were willing to put up with it.

  Disappointing

  The nature, the sea are being. No credit to the staff. They simply do not care enough. It is incredibly annoying that you are not able find an empty spot at the beach after 8am. As an option to remedy this, the hotel offers private bungalows for a certain charge, where they promise you some space and privacy. We took the $60 bungalow facing the private entrance to the water. Unfortunately, other guests are not aware it is private, and no security offered to help. Basically, we paid for being cursed at by other guests. To make it even more annoying those bungalows were taken for free, because no supervision around. We have tried to find anyone to help, guest relations only offered a possibility of a la carte restaurant reservation as a compensation for the inconvenience (which is free as is, btw). Additionally, the room was not cleaned properly, barely ever we got drinking water in the room, the staff at the bar was occasionally dismissive. I had such high hopes for the place, and it turned out so disappointing.

  Cool place

  We highly recommend it! Great place with a wonderful view of the mountains and the sea. Delicious food, during the 9 days we were there, we didn't try all the dishes with such a variety. Most importantly very much lots of local delicacies and dishes! Rooms cleaned daily. We loved it! Warm sea, clear water through rocky beaches. We recommend!
