  Al llegar en la noche a Dubai, no reserve la primera noche y en el aeropuero al preguntar el St Regis en 350 dólares se me hizo muy buen precio, estuve una sóla noche, su espacio es muy lujoso con mucha armonía, las habitaciones muy amplias, tenía dos sillones y el baño muy amplio, con dos lavabos, en México estuve en el St Regis, lo encontré en muy buena tarifa de fin de semana, también excelente, Los St Regis tienen buenos detalles en el diseño de sus baños, una excelencia en su servicio, en Dubai el desayuno lo cierran a las 10 de la mañana y la gran sorpresa que me encontré en Dubai el concierge, unm uchacho de la ciudad de Mexico. Amado con una actitud y te da un mapa y muchos consejos positivos, tanto el St Regis de México y de Dubai ofrecen una gran calidad de servicio de primerísima, en México uno de sus restaurantes con vista a Reforma y de excelencia culinaria y de buen diseño de interiores. Es garantía de gran confort

  Un hotel maravilloso ,lujoso, con un atendimiento diferenciado!.fui con mi familia ,es silencioso en todos los cuartos ,las camas mas comodas que dormi,tiene sala de masajes academia ,desayuno increible.picina lindicima en el ultimo piso.hotel como los que uno ve en el cine.

  Dubái cuatro días

  Llegué con un grupo de 30 personas, todos mexicanos, y tuve una excelente estadía. Muy amplios espacios, acabados de lujos, excelente menú internacional, aunque predominan los platillos árabes. Muy atentos todo el personal. Está a un lado del show fabuloso The PEARL.

  Beautiful nice hotel the spa is amazing

  The silk spa were awesome from the entrance all the staff very polite and professional , I l had a sore body so I requested a deep tissue massage, the therapist Tia Did a great job very good and Great relaxing place highly recommend , now I came once a month . Thanks for my tea also after my massage the hotel also is outstanding .

  In Habtoor palace you will feel like royal in real palace.

  My mom and me, we just spend 10 days in stunning Habtoor palace and our stay deserve a huge review of our experience. My mom and me just run away from cold Europe, to enjoy few sunny days in Dubai. Habtoor palace was our first choice from list opened and available hotels due corona. I started comunication with Habtoor palace already before our check in to inform hotel, that our arrival will be very late in the night. I got very fastly answer and we felt in good hands even before or entry to hotel. We felt very welcome in first moment, receptionist Mbye answer professionally all our questions and gave us room with a little better view. We went to sleep and in the morning we recognised a small problem in our room. It was one and only problem while our whole stay! We went to reception and problem was solved very fastly. I would also not mention it, but i have to, because afterwards the staff asked us every day, if everything is okay. They cared really so much, like in no one another hotel before and we always stay only in high class five stars hotels in Dubai, so i can really compare the amazing service in this hotel. I want say thank you, dear butler Nishita and dear concierge Paulo, you both made our stay really better and unforgettable. Butler Nishita cared so much about our room and Paulo helped us so much in so many ways with daily stuff. I have to mention, that Nishita and Paulo are so friendly, they really know how to behave to hotel guests, to feel welcome. The hotel have good location, because nothing from this spot is far. Great is, that hotel dont push you to take expensive private taxis, they always call you regular taxi, what is very cheap, what will appreciate everyone, who travel a lot. But hotel offer also special car service, for example Bentley experience we had such lovely Bentley ride and it is just amazing, you will feel like celebrity or member of royal family. Our pakistani driver Asif was just amazing and sooo friendly and we felt with him very safe. Thank you Asif. I have to thank also to other staff, like doorboys, and all the other guys, i just remember name of very lovely man, his name is Isaac, he was all the time very helpful and so nice. We booked halboard, so we had daily breakfast and you can choose lunch or dinner as well. You will just love that hotel interior of all restaurants. To take pictures is a must. What i have to mention is, that the hotel cuisine were extremely fresh and delitious and we really loved the time in hotel restaurants, because we again got an example of perfect service and taste. In case we had extra wishes, we got it. If breakfast, or lunch or dinner, just we enjoyed it with all senses. In 10 days you will get know the people, who care for you, so allow me to thank you guys for your such lovely care, that its touched moms and mine heart. Abhishek, Marieris, Arvind, we will never forget you, Maricris, Mariam, Jocelyn you are so soo good to us, Tarun, Monson, Arvined, you guys are so kind and we will all miss you and looking to see you again soon. On end i have to mention one blond lady in World Cut Steakhouse, i dont want mention her name, but her service need a little more improvement. We felt with her service, like we are disturbing her. She have to learn a little more kindness, like her other colleagues. Hotel and hotelrooms are furnished in natural colours with luxury touch of gold and silvery colours and i love this kind of luxury industrial style bathtub. You can looking for double sink, separate shower and toilet room and heart of bathroom is just that amazing spacious bathtub and opulent mirror and precious marble design. Bathroom offer to guests also wide variety of cosmetics, accessories and package of sanitizer, gloves, masks. One thing i have to highly appreciate, in the toilet on the wall we had a small shelf, for phone for example, i never saw it in any other luxurious hotel yet. I know ist small thing, but ist really very practical. Furniture in our room is on some places kind of little worn, but you will not feel it at all. Bed, bedsheets and comfort is absolutely perfect, we slept really very good and loved the golden embroidery on pillows. I have to appreciate fresh fruits all the time, sweets if arabic or french, just delitious. Coffee and tee machine is always ready and you will never run out of tea or coffee variety or bottled water. We recognised, that we had roomservice twice at day and we had really lovely roomservice, i dont remember the name properly Rajp or Rejp? Anyhows, we never missed towels and room were clean and especially i have to mention these lovely towel creations what we always found on our bed. Respect to this creative soul, who made for us these adorable towel swans, flowers, heart, baby swans, decorated with roses Hotel design is beautiful, am most you will love the marvelous stairs in the hallway. The oversized golden chandelier looks like crown over the hallway. Habtoor palace famous for this photospot, especially in Instagram. We found in hotel many instagrammable places and you may need one day, to see them all From ball room until the roof, with swimmingpools. We had acces also to pools from V-hotel and also to beach hotel Waldorf Astoria, what we enjoyed a lot. The hotelroom view is not that stunning, but okay, maybe ist only my personal opinion, but for me it is not a problem, because i appreciate, that we was not disturbed with a street/road noice, or any other noice. But outside of hotel you have load of noise from Sheikh Zayed road, you hear it on the roof as well. Infront of entrance we had kind of Winter garden, entry is like 25 dirham for person, even for hotel guests, what i didnt found so good. On end i really recommend this hotel, service is absolutely top, cuisine is 100% delitious and its also beautiful hotel for nice memories photos. Offcourse i wrote everything from my personal view and experience and i am not for my rating sponsored. Monika and Maria
