  Hampton Inn Stay

  We've always stayed at Hampton Inn when we travel. We were fortunate that High Point was on our route. The overall stay was great. They even offered more than we expected for breakfast! We would highly recommend this location.

  QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE & FACILITY IS CLEAN

  Unfortunately, I had to make last minute reservation at Hampton Inn in High Point due to a family emergency. The General Manager (GM) Tim Garris, assisted me with the reservation details. Made the entire process painless. The staff was friendly and helpful. Facility is clean and the complementary breakfast area was displayed professional and above board "outstanding". My family continues to stay at this facility as this type of service is given each and every time we make reservations here. Thanks to Tim and team for providing a clean, safe and excellent experience each and every visit! Thanks! :*)

  Clean, but Nothing Special

  The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was lacking (a Otis muffin, granola bar and a piece of fruit) even though their website still says a hot breakfast. Its good that theres a Biscuitville next door. They did place us in a room next to a group of drunk 20somethings, but they were out before midnight. Considering the hotel was maybe 60% occupied, they dont need to crowd guests. I did like Hiltons safety seals on the doors, but it was easy to peel off without breaking the seal.

  Sometimes the Old Reliable is a Good Bet!

  We've been traveling a bit recently and love staying at boutique hotels. However, it seems that sometimes the "old reliable" hotels (like Hampton Inns) are a safe bet. These corporate hotels seem to have the best sense of health and safety during the pandemic. We arrived at this hotel and they clearly had a plan to keep visitors safe and healthy (from check-in to check-out), we ALWAYS felt safe and comfortable!

  Ok Stay

  When we check in the afternoon clerk was not friendly at all. Our friends check in earlier and had to wait to check in until she finished her smoke break. After getting to out room is was clean except for some hair that was on the towels that were folded up on the shelve in the bathroom. The stay was ok lobby wasn't very clean where people had eaten breakfast. It stayed that way all weekend it was not cleaned. The night clerk Debbie was friendly and helped out with an issue our family had. I would stay there again and give it another chance.
