    Great Experience

    The stay started off extremely bad. Booked through 3rd party but they never booked us a room. Hailey from the front desk helped us with our situation and saved the day. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was nice with a great choice of items!

    Very Clean and Pleasant Hotel

    This hotel is very convenient to everything in Jefferson City. The staff was quite helpful and pleasant. Our room was very clean and was the entire hotel. The room in which we stayed was quite comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was nice and tasty. Would stay here again.

    Very Nice Stay

    I had a pleasant stay. My room was very clean. I had a king size bed, and I was very happy that it had a nice firm mattress. My room had a flat screen TV, refrigerator, and coffee maker with coffee packets. It didn't have a microwave, but I did notice there was one in the common area of the lobby. Shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap were provide in the bathroom. Breakfast was provided in the morning (6 am to 10 am). It was a very nice breakfast, which included eggs, sausage patties, red potatoes, bagels, muffins, scones, cereal, oatmeal, juice, milk, and coffee. (There was other items I can't remember, too.) The hotel is right off of US 50, and was only about a 10 minutes drive to the Capitol building. I would defiantly stay here again when visiting.

    Fabulous Hampton Inn

    If you are looking for an absolutely fabulous motel, the Hampton Inn at the Capital Mall in Jefferson City, Missouri, is the one! My husband and I were on a trip for business and stayed there for 4 nights. The King bed, the pillows, the bathroom and shower were all SUPER clean and perfect! They have an awesome breakfast and Christine makes sure you have everything you need!

    Incompetent Staff

    The morning front desk staff is incompetent. As a business traveler I rely on hotel services to do my job. One being dry cleaning - which the hotel offers. Amanda lied to management and to me when she made a mistake. As a Diamond member I do not appreciate the lies. The hotel is average at best in every other way. Not fit for business travelers. Will be staying at Marriott next trip to town
