  Brunch al regreso del trabajo

  Muy buena atención con pizza, alitas , etc. cerveza, vino y gaseosas varios días de la semana al regreso del trabajo, sin cargo para los huéspedes. Cuando regresamos nos esperan con un servicio de dos personas ofreciendo snacks. También dirariamente están disponibles galletas, café y te en distintas opciones

  Excelente servicio de todo el personal, amables. El hotel muy limpio, cómodo para estancias cortas. Muy bueno por la tarifa que se paga. Muy buena ubicación y fácil acceso a restaurantes y centro comercial.

  Two Room Suite was Ok (Covid stay)

  If this is helpful, lemme know! July 10, 2020 Hampton Inn, Pineville NC Room=409 (see pics) Comments= This is a 2 room suite that was roomy enough for our family of 4. The kitchen area has a decent small high top table but only 2 chairs (see pics), the college sized fridge could have been bigger for a suite but was fine for our 2 night stay. The living area has a fold out sofa that was comfortable for what is it with a TV, a couple of rolling ottomans but only 1 pillow located in the bedroom closet. Sheets and thin blanket are already on the pullout. The separate bedroom has a door that can be locked. It also has a TV, comfortable bed, closet (no safe) and the bathroom. See pics #7. Staff=A: All the staff were friendly and helpful. #7. Housekeeping= During Covid, they would come in to do the trash, pick up towels and leave you a clean set on the table. So no making the beds or doing any other cleaning except they apparently picked up as my plastic fancy drink cup that I was reusing was gone. This was all fine with us. #8.Elevator= A: They have 2 elevators next to the lobby that where pretty roomy and normal speed. It helps that there were not many people staying there. came with #3. Fridge=College sized that kept our frozen water frozen on the top. #12. Wi-Fi= D/L 10 Mbps U/L 10 Mbps: Not great but it works. **You will have to use a the special code to access as the last name and room number log in does not work. Room was Cleanliness- I have to admit, when I bring my sanitizing wipes (did this before Covid) I have always tossed them away dirty and this did not happen here. I would confirm when they say this room got a throughout cleaning of touched areas, they really did do it. I was impressed. #11.Tv-2 of them, one in the living area and one in the bedroom that worked fine. Regular remotes, not the basic clean remotes. #19.Bed=A: very comfy, pretty tall if you have problems getting in/out of bed. #19.Pillows=standard #17.Heating and air=Air worked well with a constant fan setting for each room located on the wall. #21.Shower/bath=Does have a shower as well as a bath, that helps if you have small kids. Shower has 6 settings, only 1 that was actually useable in my opinion. The bathroom has a strange sliding barn door that cannot be locked. Toiletries=Neutrogena brands that did not have an obtrusive smell that many cheaper brands have. Well lite= The kitchen was pretty awful when we first got there with its slow CFL lighting but once they warmed up, the lighting was fine. The bathroom had a burned out CFL but was still enough light that was sufficient. #I.Laundry= I didnt see any laundry facilities but honestly forgot to look. #5.Breakfast= *Covid: Breakfast was to go only (or is supposed to be, you always have people who think they are special). Was a choice of cereals, oatmeal bowls (hot water is provided), granola bars and muffins. Milk cartons are also there. #5, Restaurant= None on site but a short walk will take you to a Burger King (we drove, Covid has closed their lobby). #15.View= 4th floor will give you a sitting view of tree tops and looking down you will see the parking lot and pool (Covid closed). See pics #4.Pool= Covid closed Hot tub= None Suana= None #4 Fitness room.= Covid Closed Location= Excellent location. The hotel is on a back road ~1 mile from 485, so it is very quiet and very easy to get to without having to fight traffic to go in/out. Very close the restaurants and shops and even the Carolina Place Mall. #10. Price was- Taxes are super high (I think 12.5%) but was still only $87 per day, so worth the price for a 2-room suite. Parking-free Lazy review Pros- are Excellent location, price, beds, staff, room was clean. Cons-are Weird sliding barn door on bathroom that cannot be locked, dim CFL lighting that are slow to light, only 2 kitchen chairs. Improvements-are change the CFL lighting out for LED, add larger fridge to the suites. #23. Hints- Higher floors will give you a nicer view. Summery- I really enjoyed by stay and for under $87 would most likely come back. #23.Room Tip: The lamps have USB charging ports, a def plus! #24. Eco-friendly practices=lights are a combination of CFL (can be slow to light) and LED. The shower water pressure CANNOT be adjusted.   Nice and quiet

  Our room was spacious and quiet. It wasnt as clean as it first appeared. When moving the soap dish to wash my hands there was hair under it. My son used the pull out sofa and while I was pulling it out I noticed boxer shorts under it. The interior bathroom door looked like something had been spilled on it. I moved the telephone around on the night stand and there was hair and an hair elastic under the phone. Overall the hotel was nice, the house keeping really needs to be more thorough. The breakfast was a cold breakfast (due to covid restrictions). It was an adequate breakfast to hold you over for a couple of hours. They had cereal, yogurt, instant oatmeal, bagels, milk and muffins. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

  Girls Weekend

  Im currently staying at this hotel- we check out today. Please be advised that this hotel is under construction. No where on the website does it say that. The entire first floor is covered in dust, construction equipment and workers at all hours. The elevators are covered in dust and brown paper on the floors. There are stacks of things piled up on either side of the hallways. The 2 queen bedroom is very small. No closet. The ironing board and hangars are located behind a wall of curtains. The beds are super firm and the pillows lack anything that feels comfortable. None of the USB ports work in the table between the beds. You have to use the wall wart with the plugs (if you can find them). The hotel reeks of illegal substances when you walk in and its coming through the vents. They are currently vacuuming the hallway at 8:30am. No matter if someone is trying to sleep. I cant speak on anything other than the room. We used our digital key to come in the side and went straight upstairs & never ventured in the lobby or other areas due to the construction. Its just a dirty, stinky mess.
