    Mi estadía fué en calidad de vacaciones familiares, siempre serviciales y amables, la ubicación es ideal si se quieren visitar todos los parque en el área ... Las habitaciones muy limpias y el servicio de desayuno muy completo y variado ... una muy buiena opción a cambio del costo que se paga por noche.

    I thought Kaye was a wonderful asset to your company ! Friendly always asking how's your day anything I can help with . Smiling opening the door to hotel . Outgoing and personal. A true asset to hampton . The room was nice but had a stain on sheet ! Never found out what it was . Too late nite to change had to cover with towel . Never should have been put on bed ! Dept health very interested ! Other then that we were told by one lady at desk we could request to sit at fire pit when dark ! We did Carlos told us we couldn't closes at 7 . Communication problem ? Why sit at fire pit early before dark? They should have made adjustment or ? About the stain . No excuses filthy stained sheet

    Terrible Customer Service From The Manager Nativity Regaldo

    Let me start by asking you, have you ever been denied check in because you go by your middle name on your Identification? Well, thats exactly what happened when I tried to check in through the manager Nativity Regalado at Hampton Inn & Suites Mission Viejo. Ive never been met with such terrible customer service and stubborn, arrogant behavior. I have been a loyal Hilton Honors Guest for over 20 years now and have stayed at Hiltons all over the world through my business. Never once have I been denied check in because my reservation was made under my middle name and been told that my ID was unacceptable even when my middle name was clearly on it. Does that even make any sense? She told me to change the name to my first name on the reservation through the app I used to book it. I did exactly that. Of course their archaic system did not update the name so she did not accept this. I showed Nativity Regaldo my phone with the reservation on it and my name changed. Nope, unacceptable. Well, because of this I was denied check in and was told you need to have the person who made the reservation call me at the Hilton to confirm you can check in. Excuse me? I am the person who made the reservation! I just showed it to you on my phone! Well, she did not believe me. I was being treated like a criminal trying to get a free stay at a hotel. Absurd. Yes, its hard to believe but I literally had to call my father (who has the same name as my middle name) at 2am in order to get him to call the hotel and allow me to check in. I mentioned to Nativity that he lives 5,000 miles away in a different time zone but her arrogant, stuck up, stubborn persona did not care. When I complained to Guest Services the week after, she responded to my complaint with the audacity to say my ID did not match the reservation and my credit card did not match the ID. My ID said First Middle Last name and my credit card said First Last name. Nope, unacceptable to Nativity Regalado. I mean, how dumb can you get? I should also mention all of this happened on Thanksgiving Day. Yup, no sensitivity to that either. Whats even more bizarre is that Hilton Guest Services sided with her! They confirmed that you cannot check it with your Middle name as sadly, in our reservation system the name is considered to be a miss-match which is why there were issues regarding the check in process. Of course, this is completely untrue as I have checked in to literally hundreds of Hiltons and other hotels around the world with my middle name. It truly is sad that Hilton have gone so far downhill when it comes to customer service. I understand now why employees like Nativity Regaldo get hired. Clearly, she is trained to be difficult, arrogant and treat the customer like they are always wrong. Good luck with that approach Hilton Hotels.

    Service sells

    Stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Mission Viejo over the weekend. Clean hotel and decent service throughout the stay. What really stood out and overly impressed us was Kaye during breakfast service. She had a great attitude and and very welcoming presence. The normal breakfast buffet is not open due to COVID, but the service we got from Kaye made up for the modified breakfast.
