  The room was comfortable and well-appointed, with a spacious bathroom that featured a large shower and a deep soaking tub. However, the coffee maker was awkwardly placed far from any electrical outlets, making it difficult to use. Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall experience was enjoyable.

  Caution- BOOK Las Vegas Tower ONLY. NOT Kansas City AKA North tower.

  I am a "rated" player with Caesars Rewards. I get my rooms complementary. I never expect nasty rooms. Why would I? The casinos make their money and should provide above average services to get returning players, such as myself, to return. I booked with a Caesars rewards agent, and she told me I would be in the North Tower. Later, I found it's called Kansas City tower. After reading the reviews, they highly state...stay far away from the KS tower. Upon check-in. I told the desk agents my concern and would be happy to show them the reviews. The desk people are very friendly and understanding. I was told there was no need for me to show them. That they are aware of theTowers condition. Another person checking in concurred. This guest didn't understand why the Board-of- Health hasn't closed it down until it's renovated. I requested a room in the Las Vegas tower as the reviews strongly suggested it. They were running short on rooms in the LV tower, and I would have to pay an upgrade fee. I agreed. Entering the room, I'm still feeling leary. I pulled off all of the sheets and found nothing. 2 chairs, a table, a fridge, and a coffee maker. Large empty space where a desk and chair should be. The room is Ceasar quality I am used to for an older facility. It's been renovationed. How long ago is uncertain. It is my 1st visit here. Unfortunately, while gaming, on 2 separate occasions, I was distracted by overhearing a conservation how disgusting the Kansa City/North Tower room conditions are. The one guy asked if he had gotten a complimented room. He had not, but a reduced rate. COME ON CEASARS, do something!!! We players should NOT have to read reviews like this. And distraction of play because of filth. I spend my fair share to warrant a clean room in good condition without reading about bugs and filth. So when booking, be addiment to get a room in the LAS VEGAS tower. Note: It's 1/4 of a mile to get to the casino from the hotel with no moving walkways.

  Nice clean place to stay

  The hotel is older and could use some updating. The rooms need some refreshing but they are clean and well kept. I found the beds comfortable. The casino needs to have the most current games. Honestly most of Harrahs Casinos need to update their gaming floors. Other casinos do a much better job at getting the newest games. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Way too many kids running around the hotel at night.

  The Last Straw

  This place has really gone downhill. Worn filthy rooms, shower dispensers empty, no bar soap, only 2 choices for food, everything else closed. Was upgraded to the smallest room I have ever seen as a 20 year Sevenstar. No beverage service for 2 hours in the casino and they have closed the self serve. No bottled water in the rooms and the front desk tells you that you can buy it in their pantry for 2.50. I really must start to consider playing somewhere else.

  The Bed is Comfortable & Roomy! Staff is smiley & helpful! Clean & Safe! Thank you!! Breakfast is Good & Hot A lot of Walking, But is FUN to Look Around!! Slots could pay out a bit more! We did play for a little bit! Happy to be here with Family! Thank You Again!
