  Spotless and Very Welcoming!!!!

  My stay was nothing less than AMAZING!!!!!! Everyone was friendly and they greeted me and my boyfriend so pleasant. My room was amazing and the location is great as well because everything is at our finger tips. The young lady at the front desk name Makeda Hutchinson was SUPER DUPER AMAZING!! She treated us like we were the only customers staying there.Also, this was my birthday week and it was THE BEST STAY EVER!!!! She has a lovely personality and very friendly. I will definitely be back and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank You So Much For Everything.

  A great spot in a new part of town ready to help host weddings

  We used the Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte Waverly to host our guests for our wedding this fall, and we couldn't be happier. The new construction building was beautiful from lobby to room, and the extra precautions and signage to help people navigate the pandemic was very helpful. Hand sanitizer was at the elevators on every floor. Linda was our go-to contact for the block of rooms we booked and she could not have been more helpful and pleasant to work with. She helped with guest gift bags and made the planning/payment processes easy. The only knock on the hotel was that it did not have any form of Honeymoon sweet, so our first night as a married couple was in a room with 2 queen beds overlooking the parking garage. Nothing worth deterring us from recommending this hotel for events, conferences, or families.

  Nice hotel

  The staff is helpful and friendly. This is a very clean hotel, in a good location with alot of restaurants and free parking. The room was nice. We had a view of parking garage, so not a great one, but could see the car so that's a plus.

  Home Run!

  Truly one of the top properties I have ever stayed . So at first I feared noise because of location. Noise wasnt bad at all. The are location is phenomenal. So located in a shopping center . You not only are literally able to walk to 20 restaurants, you have shopping options , while foods and a liquor store. There was also music in the street which was produced a great atmosphere. They are one of few hotels offers cook to orders breakfast. The staff was great . The view from my room also great . I would struggle to find a complaint about this hotel , location or, its staff

  Impressive Customer Service

  I stayed at the best Hilton Garden Inn in all of North Carolina! I walked into the hotel after a long and draining day. Linda at the front desk was so inviting and made me smile after singing the famous Happy song by Pharrell Williams. She is an amazing singer and just so genuine. The director of sales - Lori was so personable and this property still looks brand new and sparkling clean! I highly recommend this property because of the amazing customer service and white glove clean bedrooms.
