  Nice hotel. Clean room, bed and bathroom. Perfect location. Free wifi with strong signal. Big parkinglot.

  Un hotel que cumple su primesa de valor. Por su ubicacion, trayectoria y precio fue la opcion elegida. Si he de resañar una oportunidad de mejora... Seria las opciones de desyuno. Siempre lo mismo. Despues, el servicio es excelente. Facilidades de gimnasio, piscina, retaurante y bar muy comodos y chevere.

  A good 2 night stay

  We spent 2 nights here and were pleased. There is a bar that we utilized and their is breakfast available but not included with room price.. We could hear the people next door raise their shade in the morning but did not hear them perhaps a single person. My wife has a broken leg and they put us way in the back with a lot of walking so we asked for a room closer to the elevator and they gladly moved us.

  New and nice

  The hotel seems to be very new and is still clean and in good conditions. The location is near the highway, and attached to a medical center. Not much in the immediate area, but good for a night's stop. We had an issue with the thermostat that took 2 calls to the front desk - frustrating but not terrible. They do not provide free breakfast, typical for this brand, but differentiates from similar hotels at this price point.

  Friendly and helpful staff

  Seems new, clean and quiet during our brief stay. Julia and Cozz put this location over the top. Julia got us laughing hard after a long, tiring day and Cozz came through in finding a treasured item left behind. Great customer service!

  Updated and modern

  Room was nice. More modern decor. Huge closet cubby with drawers, a mirror, and a safe. Wide but not very deep bathroom with a large glassed-in shower stall, shelves, and one of those farmhouse style sliding doors on the outside. Microwave, small refrigerator, Keurig. TV has around 75 channels and includes some of the local sub channels like MeTV. USB ports for phones located throughout. Nice electronic thermostat control. Two-tiered blackout and sunscreen window treatments. Fairly large room overall. Free parking with a covered garage. Check-in , check-out, and digital room key w/o going to the front desk on the Hilton app. The reason I give this a four is because the bed wasnt the most comfortable. Also, you have to use two sets of elevators to get from the parking to the rooms. Could use a better floor lamp and other lighting in the back of the room. The area around the TV and work desk could benefit from a picture or two since it looks rather spartan. Also, youve heard of wrong side of the tracks. I-71 is just that. This hotel is located on the other side of nouveaux riche Hyde Park and all its coveted shops and restaurants. This side of 71 is where the neighborhood starts going bad. You cant really go anywhere outside the hotel unless you drive to it. Its not unsafe, per se, but its not smart plus there is nothing to go to anyway. I live remotely and traveled to work each week staying two nights per week before COVID. I discovered the rate was pretty good for an HGI and its location. The problem with staying on MLK is you have to pay for often inconvenient parking plus the street people that loiter, beg, and try to scam you. I could benefit from staying here post-COVID because of the free parking, closeness to work, and location before bottlenecks during rush hour on I-71.
