  Muy buen hotel, Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias, nuevas, y el servicio del personal del hotel es excelente. L ubicación es muy buena y tiene muchos lugares para comer cerca del hotel. Todo en el hotel me pareció excelente y lo recomiendo.

  Pleasant Stay

  Staff was very friendly and helpful. Accommodations was clean and welcoming. There was a large group at the hotel and experienced no problems. Cook to Order breakfast was very good. Major item there were luggage cars available.

  Nice Stay at a Conveniently Located Property

  This property was one of four Hilton properties I stayed at during the long Labor Day weekend. It was the only one that served a hot breakfast. I Stayed for one night at the property that is perfectly located just off Interstate 75 between Dayton and Cincinnati. I used my Diamond Level Hilton Honors points for a King. My fifth-floor bedroom was clean and comfortable, and I experienced no issues during the stay. I checked into the room and there were plenty of wipes available for me to clean surfaces. Masks are required and hand sanitizer stations are strategically placed. The hotel is located near numerous restaurants and shopping. There was a minor hiccup regarding the stop time for breakfast, but the restaurant staff adjusted to ensure guests were satisfied and that was very much appreciated. I would stay here again when in the area and likely will during my next trip.

  Very nice hotel

  Really love this hotel. It was a very clean and nice hotel. Very quiet and relaxing. I stayed in the King Junior Suite which is very spacious and clean. The price of the room was surprisingly a nice price. Very updated room too. The staff was so nice and accommodating this truly my go to place when I visit the northern Cincinnati area again.

  Nice stay, except for delinquent parents of delinquent kids, (go figure)

  Due to the pandemic, I understand limited amenities, but having coffee in the afternoon or evening might be nice, the in room coffee maker usually is pretty gross. Breakfast should be available on weekdays at 6:00 am not 7:00 am where you run into a larger line of people waiting to get breakfast, and just getting a coffee and a muffin etc.. is a bit of a wait. If you can check out of the hotel before Friday afternoon, I would recommend it before the hotel entertains groups of unsupervised children, parents that don't want to hear or see their adorable offspring bouncing off the walls, send them out into the hallways to run, scream and ride the elevators, the lobby being glass and tile these primal screams of 12 year old girls that must be hard of hearing being 5 feet away from each other, yell at each other like they are miles away. One usually checks into a hotel to sleep and get some work done, and having to get up early and work, hearing these adorable little darlings still up at 12:30am and roaming the halls is a bit irritating, I might as well take my laptop to Chuck E. Cheese and work there... but Chuck E. Cheese's don't supply beds or are open all night, so who's supposed to babysit ? The hotel staff shouldn't have to monitor someone else's kids all evening. Also you gotta love the lazy ass parents that leave luggage cart outside their room or out in the parking lot, and cannot bother to return them to the front lobby, one can only hope the next time they need one, they have to search the hotel floors to find one.
