  Un bonito hotel,

  Muy bonito, pero parecía que tenía cierta categoría. La habitación aunque pequeña estaba muy limpia y la habían renovado con mucho gusto. Reservamos una habitación de tamaño "King" (grande) para no fumadores (pagamos con puntos de tarjeta de crédito y reservamos a través de "Than You Network") pero nos dieron una doble, algo que rectificaron rápidamente sin cobrarnos un céntimo, sin problemas. El desayuno bufé era normal con un buen café Starbucks. La tarifa en aquellos momentos era de setenta y cinco euros y por supuesto que merecía la pena. La ubicación era genial, en definitiva un buen alojamiento.

  Un hotel fantástico

  Mi hijo y yo nos hospedamos en este hotel durante nuestra visita a la ciudad para asistir al partido de Browns. Autobuses llenos de fans llegaron justo antes que nosotros, por lo que el vestíbulo estaba bastante concurrido, sin embargo tardaron muy poco en gestionar el registro de todo el mundo. Se disculparon por habernos hecho esperar en la cola detrás de todos los grupos que habían bajado del autobús, por lo que nos dieron una suite amplia como compensación. La piscina y la bañera de hidromasaje eran estupendas. También el desayuno era excelente, me prepararon la tortilla que pedí perfectamente y a mi hijo le prepararon sus tortitas con trocitos de chocolate. Además nos permitieron dejar nuestro coche aparcado en su aparcamiento mientras veíamos el partido al día siguiente (a pesar de que sólo pasamos una noche). En definitiva, recomendaría este hotel a todos los que estén en la zona.

  El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, ademas tienen muy buen trato, en especial en el desayuno y el mostrador, siempre han sido muy amaables. la comida es muy buena. espero que continuen asi siempre. mucho exito!

  Muy agradable , excelente ubicación ,el personal de todo el hotel es muy amable sobre todo en el restaurante, muy limpio, cómodo ,atención cálida el mejor desayuno de Cleveland , felicitaciones a todos.

  Mostly good

  I came here for two nights over a weekend to see the Eagles play the Browns. I appreciated how easy it was to get to the hotel from the airport- you ride the RTA up about nine stops and have less than a mile's walk (really about a half mile) to get right to the hotel, which was really convenient. If you're driving (which I don't recommended unless you want to waste $18/night), you d have super easy access to 90/71- literally half a block away. The room was satisfactory and you could tell this is one of the hotels taking COVID seriously, with a plastic-wrapped remote and a mask-mandate that was actually met by staff. It was also nice to have a functioning refrigerator and microwave in the room. Staff member checking me in told me how I could purchase alcohol after the new 10pm curfew, which was nice. However, it was a bit off-putting to have a humongous group of guests (looked like a large religious group) gathered in the lobby on one of the mornings- literally 50-60 people packed into the lobby which is a recipe for disaster. Also, I booked a Priceline deal and this is one of the places that clearly goes out of their way to punish you for that by assigning you the handicap room when it sure looked like there were quite a few rooms available, which I didn't appreciate, although, aside from a funky shower head that still worked fine, it wasn't too noticeable. TV also had a hard time getting ESPN one night, no sound, but only for ESPN- not sure if that's the hotel or cable/satellite. Food deliveries never made it to my room either- not the hotel's fault, but it was super annoying, as I noted other people on my floor having deliveries brought right up to their rooms and head a staff member telling that to someone on the phone. Location isn't in the prime of things but it's not as bad as some people make it seem- it's a close walk to get there- about a half mile. It's literally next to Progressive Field and Rocket Arena, so going to an Indians or Cavs game, this place would be great. FirstEnergy is about a mile and a half away- I walked it, but you could easily get a rideshare up. As a runner, I found this to be a good location- head all the way up 9th (abut a mile) and then turn right on Marginal by the RRHF and you'll (eventually, after passing Burke Airport) wind up on a trail that goes along the lake for miles- I got ten-mile runs in easy both mornings I was there. However, it was a bit intimidating running up and down 9th- even on Sunday morning there were a significant amount of cars on the road, so be careful. Overall, this place was decent. I'd probably give it five stars if they weren't in the business of making deal customers "pay" by giving them the least desirable rooms when there clearly looked to be several others available.

  Dirty! But super close to progressive field

  I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn downtown Cleveland with my family. We were quite disappointed with our stay. Upon arrival and entry into our room it was clear that the room had not been cleaned. The hallway had finger nails outside the door. We found chips across the floor, hair and dirt between the sheets, tile floors that clearly had not been cleaned in quite some time, the door dead bolt would not close, malfunctioning mini fridge and only two sets of towels despite outlying we were a family of 4. We were offered a new room and did move. However, this room was mildly more clean than the last. The floors were dirty and had not been vacuumed, there was pee on the toilet, black mould in the shower, not enough towels, an air conditioning unit that only blew out hot air and visible dirt across all tiled surfaces. The parking lot is also used for parking for Guardian Games. No parking attendant could help even when requested when the automatic system was not working, resulting in a long wait. We were charged $7 for a purchase from the convenience shop on site, but we did not make this purchase. When checking in and dealing with front desk staff, we were left with the feeling we were inconveniencing them. At the pool, we were unable to see the bottom of the pool because it was so cloudy. We didnt have enough toilet paper and toilets and had to pick it up at the front desk ourselves. One of the beds in the room, had a large visible stain and had been made with double sheets, not queen sheets. Breakfast was good but is extra.
