  Very close to the Airport

  The hotel is right on the airport boundary and is roughly a five minute drive, practically walking distance. The hotel runs a shuttle every half hour starting at 6am to the airport. The property is very new and clean. The rooms are modern and fresh. The beds are very soft and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and had a standup shower only. The staff is extremely nice and willing to help with any need. While being very close to the airport there arent many food options nearby. There is an excellent BBQ place within a 15 minute walk or a short Uber ride. If youre lucky the courtesy van may take you. The hotel does have a full kitchen for breakfast and dinner along with a bar. The bar and restaurant are currently fully open. All amenities are all currently open during Covid-19. Other amenities include: - In room mini fridge and microwave - Smart TV - Laundry room - Pool and spa - Fitness room - Courtesy van - Free WiFi (high speed extra)

  Hurricane Laura Survivor

  Let me begin with this is the 10th hotel that I have had to reside in since the destruction of our home in Lake Charles LA due to being displaced because of hurricane Laura on August 27. So yes, by the time I finally got to this hotel my nerves were frazzled. The fiiperso. I met was Aubrey, he was the sweetest, most helpful, fast, polite, and training someone that day, very professional desk clerk I've ever encountered before. We stayed at this hotel our new apartment was ready, approximately 3 weeks. During the stay I used the shuttle quite a few times using the excellent driver Derrick, knew all the ins and outside of the neighborhood, very good driver, and never had to wait for him when he had to return and pick me up from Walmart, for instance. In the evenings I would enjoy a beverage at the beautiful bar, and excellent bar/waitress Dawn. The food from the kitchen was amazing and I was thankful for her quickness (she worked the hell out that bar) and conversation. I really appreciate everything about the hotel, very clean and covid safe. If I could give more than 5 stars, I'd give 1000. Thanks so much for being you! I totally recommend this Hotel.

  Cancun Pre Flight

  BEST HOTEL!!! Bar waitress Dawn Baker made our night plus the regular hotel guest! Hotel room was clean and smelled great. Food available to order at bar was delicious and you can not pass up Dawn at the bar!!

  Great Hotel overall surpassed my expectations

  From the moment we walked through the door the service was very friendly and helpful. The young man at the front desk (Eric) was very helpful in resolving an issue that had happened with our booking. The room with the double queens was exceptionally clean (got to tell you I had been worried about COVID 19 and hotels). Our check out experience was even better another young man (Raul) helped us with checking out one day early due to our flights that had changed days/times. This is a great hotel for both family and business. I recommend it highly.

  Great Central Location near Airport

  Took a quick trip to visit Rice University Area and Space Center Museum. Since we flew in and out of Hobby wanted something central to both areas to visit. Hotel was very nice and service excellent. Their small kitchen for breakfast and evening snacks was open and serving. We arrived a few days after the big freeze and everything was up and running. They have a nice outdoor area with a firepit. Very lovely stay for a few nights.
