  Will stay again- not mask crazy!!

  We are not buying into all the Covid madness so it was wonderful to stay at a property that did not scream at you at every turn to put on a mask!! Our lives our health-have already recommended this property to others who feel the same and who wish to live their lives as they choose! Front desk lady was ok but the gentleman with her was very very nice! Room was quiet- mattress could have been a little nicer but overall pleased with stay!!

  Family Wedding

  I was visiting the Hotel for a Wedding.Breakfast was amazing.All the staff were extremly nice and helpful.This Is a very clean and well kept Hotel.The rooms were spacious and very clean.If I ever have a need for a Hotel I will stay at the Hilton Garden Inn

  Very clean. Helpful staff.

  We stayed at this hotel in October 2020 when we were in town for a weekend. I felt very comfortable there as it was obvious the room was cleaned very thoroughly. The staff were beyond ready to help or assist in any way they could. The only thing we didnt love was that the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan. Highly recommend you look into this hotel if you are traveling to the Martinsburg area.

  Delicious Breakfast and Nice Hotel in General

  This is overall a super nice property, and I cannot recommend it enough! All of the employees were super nice, and even offered us free breakfast coupons, which we used! The breakfast was delicious, and there is a reason they charge for it. Also, both mornings, our server was Marina, and she is great and her job! The room was clean, and well laid out with a comfy chair, bed, and a ton of storage! There was a fridge, microwave, Keruig, and a super spacious bathroom! The common areas were nice as well! The one thing I did want to add was for whatever reason, there wasn't a lamp on the desk! Oh, and the location is excellent!

  Epitome of West Virginia Hospitality

  I am a Hilton Honors Gold member with many years of experience with the brand. I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Martinsburg, WV, on a round trip to Florence, SC relocating one of my Daughters. We were towing a U-Haul Trailer. I can attest to adequate parking for 33ft vehicles or truck & trailer. Yes, I know that Martinsburg is not precisely on the direct route from Massachusetts to Florence, SC. If you are a civil war reeanactor, who wants to visit Antietam National Battlefield with his son, it's on the way! This is what I expect from a Hilton Garden Inn! Check-in was effortless. I told the front desk my name, and they handed me my key, thanked me for being a Gold member. West Virginia courtesy is the way it should be in the whole country. The hotel appears to be a new property. The Hilton Cleanstay seals were on the doors, and the room was squeaky clean. Great spacious tiled bathrooms with plenty of hot water. The coffee was always available and always hot. If some of these comments look like somebody took them from my Florence, SC review, they were. When it is good, it is good. My son and I had already picked a place to eat, so we could not take advantage of the hotel's open restaurant. But look for the review on the Copper Still Pub Martinsburg. Check out the following day was equally easy, with the front desk attendant giving us some great local must-see suggestions. For those interested in American History in the 19th century and the civil war, this hotel puts you within 30 min of many sites, including Antietam. The drive is breathtakingly beautiful. I highly recommend this property. I plan on returning in May with all three of my sons. If we hotel it rather than campout, we will make the Hilton Garden Inn Martinsburg our base of operations.
