  Great small hotel boutique- ish

  Loved the quaintness. The area is safe & walkable! Parking was pretty good. I used the fitness center A LOT! & IT WAS GREAT. The front desk staff was friendly and professional- bar staff was too. I will visit again.

  Great place, great people

  I stayed here for nine nights while in Nashville on disaster duty following the March 3 tornado. When I arrived, the COVID-19 issue hadn't reached its peak, and the hotel's breakfast and dinner offerings were very good. They had to cut those back and eventually eliminate them completely for the time being, so be aware if you HAVE to travel there now. The property is within easy walking distance of several restaurants (take-out only as of Friday, 3/27) and a grocery. The rooms have a mini fridge but not a cook top. I seem to remember a microwave, too. Nice fitness room, shared computers in the lobby, and a bit of a pantry for snacks and things. Jamie at the front desk was great, but everyone else at the hotel was professional as well, saying "Hello" when we passed in the hall, asking if I needed anything. If you HAVE to travel during these times, I would recommend the Hilton Garden Inn. If not, keep it on your list for when things get back to normal.

  Seamless visit for distressed and weary travelers

  My parents were driving home after spending two months in Florida snowbirding, and after a full day of driving on Sunday, February 28th, they hit a torrential downpour in Nashville and decided to exit the highway. I used the Hilton app to get them a room at the Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Brentwood using points. As soon as I did, I called the hotel to make sure that my parents' names were added to the stay. Crystal answered the phone, and she immediately confirmed that my reservation was already in the system--technology is a beautiful thing when it works properly--and added "Yes, you did everything perfectly, Mr. Murphy - I see your dad's name on the reservation. We will take good care of your parents." How kind is that?! Moreover, my parents arrived shortly after my call with Crystal, and they said it was possibly the easiest hotel check-in they've ever had. They said the hotel and room were pristine, beautifully appointed, and very comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly as well. I would highly recommend this Hilton property to others. Thanks for taking care of my folks!

  Quick Getaway

  Very very clean and nice updated hotel. We enjoyed everything about our stay. The lady who helped us at the front desk was super helpful both days. We would definitely stay here again. The hotel is beautiful.

  Great Hotel Conveniently Located Near Shops and Restaurants

  Stayed here for one evening while driving my daughter to college. Checking process was quick and professional. Room was impeccably clean and comfortable. Hotel is steps away from some fine shops and eateries. Would return, as well as recommend.
