  Enjoyable weekend

  Stayed here for a 3 day weekend with friends. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Due to COVID there was no daily housekeeping but you could request trash pick up or additional towels at any time. It was also nice to have complementary bottles of water upon check in and per request. Theres a beautiful gazebo seating area to enjoy (it is a shared area with the hotel next door). We did not utilize the onsite restaurant. Just an FYI- for a quieter nights sleep request a room on the front of the hotel not the back which has the noise from the highway.

  Just a Quick Getaway

  Stayed for two nights in the whirlpool suite. In my opinion, overpriced, suite was small, complimentary champagne was terrible, bed was uncomfortable,and we found half filled water bottles under one of the chairs from a previous visitor. Not what we expected from a highly rated hotel!

  Wedding Shenanigans!

  My husband and I had to cancel 3 baby showers due to Covid-19. Shawn the Event Director was more than accommodating during that timeframe that we knew when we were getting married we had to utilize the Hilton for our wedding reception. Trying to find a venue to accommodate 50 guests during a pandemic was not an easy task, but Shawn convinced us to have our wedding with them and I am beyond happy that I did. Leading up to the wedding Shawn was beyond accommodating answering all my crazy questions and honoring my requests to ensure I had the perfect day. The day of the wedding was no different. Our wedding was beautiful and not a single detail missed. Shawn was quick to respond and assisted me the entire time, he even fluffed my dress for me before I made my way down the aisle! It was beyond anything I could ever imagine. The rehearsal dinner was fabulous from the food and the service. Gail also took amazing care of my family and I to ensure our evening was perfect and stress free. Our wedding ended up reserving 12 hotel rooms and every single room was clean and sanitized. All our guests complimented the hotel, food and the service and plan to stay every time they come up for a visit. Every staff member made an impression on us and we will forever remember our wedding at the Hilton and how amazing the staff was. If you are looking for a great location to have a wedding, reception, shower, party I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Watertown/ 1000 Islands!

  Safe and a nice trip

  It was not an easy decision to go out even for few days during these covid times . After a lot of research we decided to stay here and were not disappointed at all . Room was spotless and Lysol cleaned . There breakfast was excellent there service was so exceptional that we ate even dinners there as I felt more safe eating here than outside. I will highly recommend this hotel we stayed here .. we visited thousand islands one day and did a day trip to lake placid

  Discriminated by Hotel regarding use of AMENITIES

  Do not stay at this hotel. My family and I were BLATANTLY discriminated against when it came to the use of the amenities at the hotel. Hotel management viewed my complaint as me trying to get something for free. Spend your money elsewhere if you are a person of color
