  Perfect Location

  These cottages are perfect for anything from a romantic getaway to a family vacation. These are a timeshare property, but can be rented on occasion. The units are 2br and spacious, with all living amenities, w/d, cable tv, wifi. The resprt properety is very well maintained and beautiful. Pool is sized perfectly for the small resort. The location is what makes this property however. From every unit the walk is no more then 70 yards to a 20 foot wooden bridge to the beach. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Sanibel.

  Sanibel Cottages

  Great location and very spacious with an open floor plan and great balcony that wraps the entire unit. Balcony is also partially screened with a ceiling fan for dining outdoors. There are two bedrooms and bathrooms. Unit has a w/d and parking underneath. There is a nice size pool and beautiful landscaping on the grounds. Beach was wonderful for shelling.

  Peaceful/excellent stay

  Great stay at the Sanibel Cottages Resort. The rooms are spacious and you feel a little spoiled. TV's in every room. Close to the beach - everything you need. There is a hair dryer in the room and there is internet. They have beach chairs for you to take down and sit in the sand. There is a nice heated pool and hot tub. There is no shampoo etc so bring that and bring a towel for the beach. Also, all units are up a flight of stairs or two and if you can't do steps I'd make sure to request a cottage with an elevator (Not even sure if they have one) Wish we'd have brought a deck of cards and our cribbage board but nothing else was needed.

  Loved it!

  We were lucky enough to book this very last minute in October. The condos are spacious and well equipped. We particularly loved the outdoor screened in porch and the outdoor deck. The way that the condos are situated in the buildings provides a lot of privacy. We were on the second floor and although there were stairs to climb we had a nice ocean and pool view. As with all Hilton Grand Vacation properties, the units are well equipped. They do provide basic sand chairs, but since we were staying for the week and wanted high back, reclining chairs, we easily rented some that were delivered to our door. They do not provide pool or beach towels, so we had to rent these as well but again they were delivered and picked up from our door. We were able to rent an umbrella for a small fee from the office on the property. The walk to the beach was short from any unit and the beach was never crowded. The property is extremely well maintained and is quiet at night. My only complaint had nothing to do with the property but the noseeums! I was attacked all week despite spray and eventually long sleeves and pants. They didn't bother my husband one bit. Wonderful property and we would highly recommend it!!

  Fabulous condo

  We are currently staying in Unit 118. This place is absolutely perfect. From the minute we walked in I knew it would be a great stay. I was pleasantly surprised with how spacious it is. So much storage for clothes and personal items. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Including dishwasher tablets and pots and pans. The bathrooms come with a bar of soap and toilet paper. The wrap around porch is where we spend a lot of time when we aren't at the beach or pool. The pond in the center of the buildings is so cool especially when you get a glimpse of the alligator. We are so fortunate to be able to stay here for a week.
