    Excelente opción para visita de negocios. Cómodo acceso desde el aeropuerto, habitaciones cómodas y buen servicio en general. Agradable estancia, alimentos de buena calidad, definitivamente es la mejor opción en la zona para viajes express.

    Hilton Not Happy Until I'm Not Happy

    My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights to attend a family funeral. No complaints with the property in general or our room. All was clean and in good repair. However, service was horrible... Checked in on Sunday night. Hotel was pretty dead. No cups, glasses, nor any other drinking vessel in the room. A call to the housekeeping number illicited a promise to deliver some glasses. Nothing. Went to the desk. Desk agent was very unhappy with me that I wanted to drink water in my room without using my hands as a cup. Said can't provide glasses due to Coronavirus. I pointed out that they have a restaurant on site where they provide and wash glasses even though Coronavirus exists. Or I would be happy to have a disposable plastic cup that requires no washing. Angry clerk said he was following management policies or else he would be fired. First time I've heard that from any lodging employee. I stood my ground, insisted on a glass cup, dipper, etc. Glasses were delivered to the room quickly after that. Noticed a sign in the room stating that daily housekeeping was by request only. So, the first morning, I requested daily housekeeping for the length of our stay. Got it that day. But not the next. Came back to the dirty room roughly 6:30 PM. Another trip to the desk. This agent remembered my request, but she had no idea why it was missed. And, no, no housekeeping staff in the evening. Asked for the manager. She said she was a manager. Asked for her supervisor. He was out driving the courtesy van. Asked if they were the only staff on duty for this entire hotel. She told me that she's following management policy or else she would be fired. Hmmmmm. Twice now. Asked for and got breakfast vouchers. When the manager's manager returned from shuttle duty, he at least brought us clean towels. When asked what happened to to the Hilton level of service, he said he had to follow management policy or he would be fired. Hmmmmm. Three times. This Hilton is apparently using Coronavirus as the reason to provide substandard staffing service levels. And it seems to me they are terrorizing their employees to the point that 3 of them told me just that. My wife wrote a similar review a few days ago. Management responded with what looked like a canned response. Nothing concrete. No denial. No actual apology. No accounting for employee fear. Hilton should be ashamed.

    Great Staff w/ One Exception

    Sad to say... One bad apple spoils the bunch.. The good.. Check in and restaurant staff were very friendly. Our room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. This location is perfect for early morning flights and rental car drop off to avoid paying parking or and extra day. Ample elevators and open space to make you comfortable during COVID. The bad.. Jean the bartender / server in the lounge is super unprofessional and should not interact w/ customers. Here was our experience... We spent a long day at Dollywood and confirmed with the hotel that if we arrived at 9 PM the lounge and restaurant would be open until 11 PM as listed on the hotel website. This way we we could get dinner versus stopping on the drive to the hotel and get to bed early to catch our 6:45 AM flight. So we checked into the hotel, verified again that we could get dinner, put our bags in the room and then proceeded to the lounge. There were two customers at the bar and two other customers sitting at different tables. Basically the lounge was not full at all. As we walked into the lounge we hear Jean start talking loudly to the two customers sitting at the bar stating that she saw us in the elevator and she knew we would come down there. She isnt going to serve us. She was loud enough that each of the patrons in the lounge could hear her. She then proceeded to talk about my 8 yo daughter who was with us proclaiming that she shouldnt be in there and she couldnt sit at the bar, that she didnt know what we were thinking bringing her in there and that she didnt know where we could sit and she isnt going to clean any tables. Meanwhile, there are about 15 open tables where you can sit and eat bit she had them all in various states of bussed and some shoved out of the way so you didnt know if you could sit at them. She said a few other unprofessional things out loud while we were standing in the middle of the lounge waiting to be acknowledged and given a place to sit. Since it was obvious she wasnt going to acknowledge us, my friend then says to her.. Do we just sit anywhere? Jean then acts like she didnt see us come in, like we didnt hear everything she said to the other patrons. She then says she is busy, the tables havent been cleaned and we would be better off going to the restaurant behind the bar and getting service in there. We were super embarrassed and felt we were being called out for some sort of strange bias against us. The other patrons were all staring at us which further lead to our embarrassment. She made it clear she was not going to serve us and we needed to bugger off and go somewhere else. So we tucked our tail between our legs and hauled ass out of the lounge. We did enter the alternative on-site dining option and received great service from the manager and server in there. To add insult to injury, when we left dinner and had to walk back by the lounge we noticed she was happily servicing three new tables of middle aged men in which she had no problem cleaning tables to accommodate and placing dinner orders for. I have contemplated for the last two days on writing this review. Unfortunately, I am unable to reconcile with the unprofessional behavior displayed by Jean and feel my review is necessary.. For the record, I am a Diamond Hilton member and travel frequently, even in COVID times.. I will be on assignment from now until Jan 2021 and have already rebooked nearly all my hotel accommodations with Marriott based on my poor experience with Hilton during this stay.

    A hotel that is a hitel

    I was so happy when I checked in. Stayed for airport proximity but not only is the restaurant open but room service is available!! They practice safe serving methods. Food is delicious. Very short walk to airport and shuttle is also available. Super friendly staff. Ill be back.

    All Pig - No Lipstick

    History: Have stayed here many times through the years. Convenient for a late arrival but the facilities are not being maintained to Hilton standard. 3-4 months ago - the hot water in my room did not work. Was handled very poorly by desk clerk and I was not charged for night. If this property was not attached to the airport, Hilton wouldve dumped it long ago and wed be reviewing the airport hotel and convention center - One more try! Facts: No signage to parking. They added a new convention wing that moved lot downhill south of the building. All handicap spots are in front of convention add on. As a result, the main lot can only be accessed via a steep flight of stairs. Its 3 football fields from reception which is bad enough, but try the stairs with your luggage or when its wet. No ramp or alternate way out that I could see. An absolute engineering blunder. Now in building you must walk several hundred feet thru convention area and past the pool. Pool was closed for night but the area was in disarray. Piles of towels, potato chips, other food and even a dirty pair of wet socks on the carpet outside the entrance. Had a digital key so went right to my floor. Elevator was a wet mess. Arrived on my floor. Towels and food trays outside multiple doors. Went down and opted out. At least 3 people were working, no one monitoring anything that wasnt behind the desk. Hotels are using Covid to cut services but price is same. This place was busy. Vacuuming and cleaning the elevators should not be sacrificed due to lack of staff - it should be enhanced. Not the case here.
