  Birthday weekend

  The unit had a bad smell when we arrived also it claimed to be a 3 bedroom but was more like a 2 bedroom and a broom closet with a bunkbed. There was construction going on when we were there so our view was of the parking lot mostly.

  Needs work

  Probably unfair to evaluate this resort due to covid virus restrictions. All amenities and activities were shut down. What brief encounters we had with staff were abrupt but efficient. Although we had a view of the gulf , high rises on both sides prohibited views on sunsets and sun rises. But the beautiful emerald Coast with soft white sand would match any of the Florida beaches. One more thing, check the weather forecast before going..... Early Feb, was cold......

  Wonderful stay

  We had an water view....condo was very nice, clean and very satisfactory. Everything was up to date and any issues were taken care of immediately. Had a very nice patio, elevator in our building which was very nice since we are older. VERY PLEASED...the only issue was it was a 3 bedroom but wasn't told the third bedroom was a set of bunk beds...we worked it out and was fine. Had a WONDERFUL time..Beach was just across the parking lot

  Awesome property The property lived up to its expectations

  From start to finish from when I checked in until I checked out of the property it lived up to its expectations and the pictures. The staff was awesome to. I highly recommend this property if you were in the Destin in Area.

  Clean and Spacious

  We stayed in a three bedroom unit at Phase II. The third bedroom was stacked bunk beds in a very small space. It works fine for children but not as well for adults. The unit was clean, spacious and well equipped. It is situated close to the beach with nice pool areas.
