  Buen hotel

  Hotel comodo, muy bien situado dentro de la ciudad, cerca de la zona indistrial y con bastantes restaurantes cerca. El hotel tenia habitaciones amplias y muy limpias, buenas camas y mucha comodidad. Recomendable

  clean and tidy

  Stayed on a Friday night and was very pleased with the room nice clean sheets lovely shower and the bed was very comfortable had a decent night's sleep with no noise issues Breakfast was decent all the usual in the full English but with the covid not a lot of choice ...no cereals etc would definitely use again

  Stayed during national lockdown - Bit strange :-)

  My business provides services to key work companies and so we are classed as key workers ourselves. With this in mind and a certificate from our customer, enabling us to book hotels during the national lockdown, we had a project near to Cardiff which required us to attend site to carry out some installation work. We have stayed at the Holiday Inn Cardiff North M4, Jct.32 a few times previously (during normal times!!) and always found the place to be clean and well looked after... but lockdown was not normal times. There was no breakfast as you would normally expect it, but rather a bag of goodies each morning and a bacon barm or similar. Which was fine. Social distancing measures were in place, although at that stage, masks weren't mandatory, although we did wear them in the hotel common areas. The bar was serving bottled beer only, however we did get a glass and the bottles were cold!! The room was clean (I was was in Executive room 007) but the usual ceramic cups were replaced with paper cups. House-keeping I was told, would not clean the room for the two days I was there so if I needed towels, I would need to ask at reception. (I didn't so all was good) Room service was available, but consisted of frozen pizzas and sandwiches, not great, but this was a pandemic and most of the hotel staff were probably furloughed... All in all, a strange experience, but the hotel had everything in place, from a one way system to enter and leave the hotel, sanitiser available in reception and they had beer!! The room had dressing gowns and toiletries in the bathroom and on the whole, I thought the staff did a bloody good job considering they had to deal with some moaning guests at reception when I checked in...

  Great hotel

  I stayed for work for 1 night, I found the hotel very clean and great helpful staff, parking is free but make sure you register your vehicle on the tablets Infront of reception, food was very good and had a quiet night's sleep, definitely would stay again when in the area next

  Business stay during lockdown 5/5 friendly staff, clean hotel, good food, good parking. Lots of sanitiser.

  I stayed in this hotel for 10 nights during December whilst working away from home, (on business). The staff were extremely polite and courteous, the rooms were very clean and did not have a lot of unnecessary clutter, Overall the parking was spot on, proving you remember to sign into the parking system at reception. The staff were great and very attentive and friendly. The rooms were clean and tidy. The food was great on an evening lots of variety which can be hard to find sometimes when lodging during this lockdown I have noticed some hotels providing A much less varied menu. The breakfast was a buffet style affair all served by the chef for distancing / hygiene reasons. Lots of social distancing signage up, and there was a one way in/out system into the hotel, also I noted there were hand sanitiser stations all over the hotel, near the entrance/exit near the lifts/corridors/steps ETC All the condiments came individually bagged in plastic zippy bags, I liked that idea. Overall 5/5
