  estuvimos alojados desde 1/9 al 5/9/16. las instalaciones del hotel LOEWS MIAMI BEACH son muy buenas ,aunque estaba en remodelación, pero lo que más me molestó es que tanto almundo.com y el mismo hotel no aclaran lo del tema de WIFI GRATIS. Si dice eso se entiende que es gratis, y no que al hacer el checkout me cobraron U$S 26 por día porque dicen que los servicios de playa y wifi estan incluidos ,pero no pagos!!! Aparte cuando ingresamos al hotel nadie nos aclaró nada de esto Y otro tema es que hay refrigerador en la habitacion, pero tiene llave y tengan cuidado porque si piden la llave y tocan algo de lo que esta adentro,cada producto tiene un sensor que apenas lo movés te lo cobran aunque no lo consumas ME DECEPCIONO TANTO ALMUNDO.COM COMO EL HOTEL

  Home away from home for school training

  I had very nice time staying here for a month, the staff was excellent & i had no issues during my time here. Great Hotel with a nice restaurant & bar inside, food was great & had a nice variety on there menu to choose from. Rooms are a nice descent size & my cleaning maid Adrain did a very great & fast cleaning job all the time, she was very nice & respectful during my stay. Thank you

  Great staff and felt safe during COVID-19

  We stayed here for 1 night for a baseball tournament. This was our first hotel stay since COVID-19 began. Check in is not completely contactless but it went smoothly. Our refrigerator wasnt working and Michael (shout out to a great manager) came right up to our room with a different fridge and swapped it out. He also helped us and other team parents hang out in a separate room to keep our distance and group small:) His customer service was top notch and much appreciated. They also allowed us to change our reservation and check out a day early when it became clear that our team wouldnt be playing in the finals.

  Excellent Hotel

  This was actually our second stay here, the first was in 2017 when we came to the area with our son to help him apartment hunt for his new job. The hotel was great then but even better this time. Our room was immaculate, extremely important to me during these times! The bed...what can I say besides I wanted to take it home with me! Comfortable mattress and big fluffy pillows...I would return just for the bed! BUT, at 50 I think I will bring a small step stool with me. The bed is 36 high!! Staff did everything they could to make you feel warm and welcomed while dealing with acrylic shields, masks and social distancing! Theres a nice bar and grill right next door that had outdoor seating, was nice for a relaxing cocktail. Breakfast is normally a fee for a nice buffet. Right now it is free and hot breakfast sandwiches were supplied. The morning we were there it was 2 mini waffles sandwiching a maple sausage patty. Not the best but they were trying! Coffee is available in the lobby plus there was a Kuerig and pods in our room. We will definitely use this hotel again when there is a need. The staff is to be commended for the way everything has been handled during these unprecedented times!

  Very Nice

  We came for a mini vacation to Headlands Beach. Our stay was enjoyable. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Close to everything we wanted to do. Thanks for making our trip excellent. I cant speak for other people, but our experience was great!

  Garrett is the man

  This property is awesome and we had a great experience Garrett at the front desk started off our experience lovely, we checked in late and were extremely tired and needed a late checkout he had us signup for the IHG member club which is free and then we put in for it. Thank Yoi Garrett

  Would not recommend!

  Only the lobby is updated. The rooms are outdated. No USB chargers in the rooms. Bed headboard is dirty, Lamp shades are dirty, broken tiles in the bathroom, the water did not drain in the shower. The elevator came to my floor and opened only half and got stuck. It is an expensive hotel but not worth the price. Staff is not so friendly either.

  Better, cleaner options than this even though this costs more.. Would not stay again.

  I think the attached photos show how rundown the room was. Top of the door open to hallway. Ceiling plaster gone or cracked above bed. Black objects on sheets. Window drapes and lampshade stained. Don't believe if they claim they'll fix as these issues took months or years to get to this point.

  This Holiday Inn is Perfect in Every Way

  I stayed at the Mentor, OH Holiday Inn from Thursday, December 14, 2023 until Tuesday, March 5, 2024 - I only stayed there during weekdays, on weekends I flew home. It was a long time to stay at a Holiday Inn, especially if things didn't go well, but that just wasn't the case at the Holiday Inn in Mentor, OH. Everything was just about perfect - in fact, it was perfect. Oh sure, there were times that things didn't go according to plan like when the power went out for a night. But that's nobody's fault and can happen anywhere at anytime. The important thing is that the manager Tim got on top of it and stayed on top of it during the power outage, continuing to provide uninterrupted fantastic guest service. Of course, the staff is what makes any property and the manager Tim has attracted a great staff, as good as I've ever seen - and I've seen some good ones. Like at the Pierre Hotel in New York City, a Taj property. This Mentor Holiday Inn is every bit as good as the Pierre and certainly the best you'll find within 50 miles. Please, let me thank the staff, Yolanda, Soheil, Michael, Amber, Dawn, Turquoise, Jason, Christian, Greg, Bwana, and everyone else that I'm not just remembering right now - all excellent.
