  El hotel está limpio y muy bueno , tiene buenas camas toallas limpias y nuevas, pero no tiene aislante en las ventanas para el ruido de l carretera, hay que pedir habitación que de al estacionamiento para dormir sin ruido, el desayuno a la carta está bueno y sabroso

  ya remodelando las habitaciones !!

  hotel en remodelacion, habitacion moderna limpia. tambien pasillo se ve la alfonbra se ve limpias nuevas bueno comparacion de anterior, personal muy amables, muy buen opcion para negocio o vacacion !!

  A Decent Option, With Room for Improvement

  The facility looks very nice from the outside, the lobby is spacious & bright, and our room was spacious and well-appointed. I did pay the rate that included breakfast at the on-site restaurant - that was OK but awkward. And we were not given the required breakfast chits at check-in, I had to request them. As we were leaving I used one of the two guest PCs in the lobby. I was not able to log-in without assistance, and I could not print anything on the attached printer. The error message was generic and even after adding paper (the tray was empty) and restarting it the printer wouldn't print. One of the front desk clerks was kind enough to assist me and ultimately print from this PC. But it took about 15 minutes for what should have been 2-3 minutes, tops. Not what I expected at this class of hotel.

  FAMILIES BEWARE!

  2nd time staying at this hotel. 1st visit in October was great, so we chose this hotel when we came back again with our kids. We purchased the more expensive rate that included breakfast for our family (2 adults,2 children). Upon check in last night, they only gave us 2 breakfast vouchers for each day we are staying. We were told by two different front desk ladies that its "hotel policy" to only give 2 breakfast vouchers per room, even though our reservation clearly shows it is for 4 guests and breakfast included in rate. The reservation details do no say anywhere that only 2 breakfasts per day are included. Seems VERY unethical and sneaky. Furthermore, the front desk could not provide a written copy of their "hotel breakfast policy" that they refer to. Needless to say, this will be our last visit to this hotel and next I will be cancelling an upcoming family reservation at another IHG property if this is the way they treat IHG members and their families.

  Safety Alert

  Stayed for three nights. On Sept 7th in the early morning Police were heard pounding on the door of room 412 and 416 right next door to my room (413) to serve a search warrant. At least 5 Officers in Tactical gear were right outside my door waiting to enter the rooms. Imagine if you walked out of your room and things went bad (fighting, shooting or possible someone runs into your open door). Management didnt give us a courtesy call to stay in our rooms for our safety. My family had to wake up to pounding on the doors and yelling in the hallway way. Afterwards, doors can be heard numerous times opening and closing hard by slamming on metal as they were left ajar by the lock to stay open. I guess Police were searching rooms. I reported the matter to the front desk. Asked the Manager (who wasnt working that day) to contact me. A week had passed and still waiting on Management to contact me!!! Obviously a safety concern which Holiday Inn exposed my family to. No concern at all over our safety. Even the front desk person when I mentioned it, laughed and he said I was safe. Bad bad experience. No follow up by management. Imagine being sound asleep, awaking to loud pounding and hearing the yelling of the Police yelling commands! This whole incident caused a lot of anxiety for my family who were clearly were distraught throughout the incident. My wife and niece were so scared and left hugging each other in the corner of our room for the next couple of hours!!!
