  Renovated and Looks Good

  The updated interiors of rooms and lobby make this place look good. No issues to detract from the stay. Convenient location. Water temperatures and pressures are both good. Bed slept well. AC and heater unit functioned well too. Staff on duty were personable and competent.

  A very clean and recently updated Hotel!

  We stayed for one night but it was a very pleasant experience and we would gladly stay here again. The entire hotel has been recently updated with bright vibrant colors that are warm and welcoming. The staff is friendly and helpful.

  2 Week stay amid COVID-19

  As the title states, I was here for 2 full weeks during coronavirus junk. How were they handling COVID? Not very well, in my opinion. During my stay, I had to request towels and bed sheets because they are not offering house keeping at this time. Thats right, at a time when everyone should be extra sanitary, this hotel is just not cleaning rooms. That is disgusting. Instead, I had to go to the front desk and ask for towels and sheets, carry them up to my room and make my own bed. On the Friday and Saturday nights I was there, the rooms across the hall and directly next to mine were both rented by people having parties in their room (separate parties and separate weekends). The door was constantly opening and closing all night until about 330am. I called the desk, but it continued. The room was clean, aside from some browning on the wallpaper. But purely on the fact that they did not offer to clean your room, or even give you that option, I would never stay here again.

  Convenient Location

  Pros: location good, easy to get to; close to airport with no noise problems; breakfast grab and go better than most with breakfast sandwich, fruit, muffin; although housekeeping was limited, they would bring towels to door upon request; lighting was great, maybe best I've seen in a hotel room Cons: dirty carpet needs replacing, Luna (restaurant/bar) next door cranked music up Fri nite and was loud in our room on that side of the hotel.

  Newer, clean hotel, nice staff - bad internet

  Great find for this area; new, clean, nice staff, unfortunately terrible internet access. IHG Connect for whatever reason provides terrible service to this quality property. Highly recommend this hotel, as long as you dont need internet better than an underground metal and brick bunker...
