  Dont stay

  Rooms and location is fine but the staff steal from your room and the management defends them. There management need to be replaced with someone that values there customers and stops protecting there thieves they have employed.

  Excellent customer service

  I had to extend my stay for an extra night without any issues. I needed to use the washer and dryer and had no cash, the front desk employee, Shiela, lent me the money so I could complete my wash. This money was repaid later that night. Shiela went out of her way to assist, top notch service on her part

  Sports tournament

  Great location for a sports tournament - walking distance to Pomeroy Sports Center and many restaurants nearby. And you can hop on their shuttle which goes in a loop around their 4 hotels which gets you pretty much anywhere you need to go. There are no sidewalks along some busy streets so you have to plan your route. The rooms are clean and up to Holiday Inn standards. Its nice knowing your room will be decent before unlocking the door. Linen, pillows and bed were all comfortable. Breakfast bar is as per all Holiday Inn Express. Pancakes, sausages, eggs - the attendant was mediocre, on iPhone in the back room a fair bit, when items needed restocking. But came out when patrons asked for something. Ample seating, which is nice. Thanks!!

  Just what we needed

  Check in was straightforward and friendly in the welcoming lobby. We stayed in the executive suite which had two queen beds and a pull out couch in the main area and another queen bed in a separate bedroom. The room was fresh and clean. There were two TVs, table with two chairs, fridge, and microwave. Grab and go breakfast available as buffet could not be offered due to COVID. One hiccup: the bathroom sink had a significant leak. Water spilled onto the floor whenever the sink was used. We called the front who apologized but indicated they had no maintenence worker available and no room of the same size that we could be moved to. I suggested they bring up a bucket to catch the water. They brought a tiny ice bucket which would have overflowed. We used the recycling bin instead. Hopefully this will be repaired so the next guest in the room doesnt have to worry about it.

  Always a great place to stay

  We recently stayed at the hotel for the 24th time for business. Consistently clean, staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, housekeeping is currently done upon request due to Covid, breakfast is a bag breakfast now as well. Rooms are good size.
