  Ridiculous

  Was there for a business conference & two employees had a first fight in the lobby!! Turned out one was a manager! We heard the mgr call what appears to be a fellow employee a derogatory sexual name. I'd advise to stay away from such volatile environment. I had to return recently & that same female mgr was there. I have never seen such a unprofessional establishment in my life.

  Remarkable Repurposed Property

  My wife and I took in a concert in Buffalo and decided to check out the new Holiday Inn located on Grand Island. The property was originally the old Dunlop company offices and sat vacant for over 25 years. After a quarter century of neglect, vandalism and disrepair, the property was repurposed into the amazing hotel that stands there today. The hotel is spotless, bright and inviting. The rooms are modern and the beds are very comfortable. We found the staff incredibly friendly and truly committed to customer satisfaction. I think we have our new home away from home while visiting the Niagara Peninsula. Highly recommended!!

  Comfortable and Easy Access

  Spent a night here in January on our way home to Michigan. Wanted a place off the highway and close to Canada. This place fit the bill. This is a former office building converted to a hotel. Very sharp design. Spacious lobby and breakfast area. Pool is very nice - but disappointing not to have a hot tub or spa pool. We stayed in a king room that was very larger. Spacious bathroom and large walk in shower. Love the new design in rooms with a large closet, hooks to hang jacks or clothes, a nice desk and table space. An adjustable table next tot the chair was very nice. Good outlets and easy access. One interesting note is that some of the outlets and lights did not work. Later we discovered a light switch at the door that control those. Could have used a note about that. Breakfast was typical. love the sweet buns. Good coffee and lots of space. Very comfortable seating. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. On the fourth floor is a small bistro - lots of people there. Nice to have. In warmer weather there is a fourth floor roof top patio - would be a grea place to have a drink when the weather permits - which in January in Buffalo, it did not! Lastly, the price was awesome! A king room for under $100! Excellent.

  I loved this hotel

  I liked this hotel very much. It's in the middle of nowhere so it's quiet. There was a deer in the front lawn! How often do you get to say that about an HI? It's a few minutes' drive to Niagara Falls (right over the bridge) and a much better value. The rooms were huge, clean, and the staff was nice. Wifi worked well. There's a small restaurant at the hotel. It's right off the highway, but there are literally no other buildings nearby, so that may be a downside for some. The AC worked well and there was a good microwave and small fridge in the rooms. I would stay here again.

  Nice For Price

  Kind of remote location and not easy to reach if heading west on Route 190. But rooms are large and clean. Still has new hotel feel. Limited staff - but may be due to COVID. Our weekend rate was a good value. Id stay here again.
