  Sullivan wedding

  Came in for the Sullivan wedding, customer service was wonderful, Jeanette at the front desk went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. Christina helped with our taco bar dinner in the breakfast area and she was greatly appreciated. Victor went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Great group of people, lovely, clean rooms. Overall a great stay.

  Perfect airport stay

  We chose this hotel because of its proximity to DFW airport. We turned in a rental car and then rode the shuttle back to the hotel and then to the airport the next day. It was less than 10 minutes from the airport, so it worked out perfectly. Even though their shuttle runs only in the morning and evening, the schedule worked out for our needs. We needed a place with restaurants within walking distance, and there are several good choices. It would have been nice if the breakfast had started at 6:00 (we had the 6:30 shuttle), but other than that, our stay was perfect. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

  Worth your stay

  Good location to the DFW. Its got long term parking available with airport drop off and pick up. The breakfast is as good as always. Pool is out doors if it makes a difference. Very close to Grapevine downtown depot and eating. You can walk from the hotel a mile to really good restaurants

  Mold smell - avoid

  Painted-over mold. Ugh! Dampness and smell of mold was unmistakable. The bathroom was the weakest link here - cheap fixtures, cheap amenities, not well-cleaned, and many spots where mold was painted over, but was coming back through. The rest of the room was just okay. We wont be back. The Hilton Garden Inn across the driveway is nicer, and the Hampton down on 121 is cheaper and cleaner.

  An average hotel with issues

  This is a typical Holiday Inn Express but there's a few things that made this trip a poor experience. First, although this is advertised as an Airport Hotel, there is no shuttle service from noon to 5:00 PM. So, if your flight lands after noon, you have to get an Uber or rental car. Second, like most hotels, they have bottles mounted on the shower wall for shampoo, body wash and conditioner. The problem is they're mounted at eye level and squirt straight out.....body wash shot straight into my eye. Third, if you stay here, make sure you get a room on the 3 floor that faces the front of the hotel. If you're below the 3rd floor you can hear every step the person in the room above you makes. Additionally, right behind the hotel is a place called Main Event Entertainment which plays loud music late into the night. Otherwise, this is a decent hotel.
