  Great Hotel with Great Hospitality

  My family and I stayed here while vacationing in Colorado Springs and we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel! The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating and made sure we felt welcome! Overall the hotel appeared to be clean and well kept, the gym area was nice as was the heated pool. The only issue we had was when booking our room, the description said 2 queen beds and a pullout futon, however, when we got to our room there were 2 beds and a very small, half couch thing with a head rest that did not pull out into a bed like the description said it did and it was too small to sleep our 12 year old. We were pretty disappointed at this because the extra bed would have made a huge difference in the comfortability of everyones stay. Aside from that, everything else was great and the hotel managed to provide breakfast daily despite Covid-19. If we ever come back to CO springs, well definitely stay here again.

  Thank You Brandy and Claudia!!!

  Made reservation at another HIE with points. Got there, and room was just a little small for 3 adults. I contacted this place, and between Claudia, and Brandy, they set me up with a suite that gave us plenty of room. My request was hard to understand, but they made it happen as painless as could be. Claudia and Brandy made our vacation so much better. Thank you ladies, with all sincerity.

  Be careful, check statement

  After posting a very decent review, the next day I noticed on my credit card that there was an additional charge for $120. There was no communication about this charge, a common courtesy call would have been appreciated. They are accusing me of stealing three pillows. Why would I steal Hotel pillows especially during this time of virus and pandemic? I am a type of person who cleans the hotel room and makes the beds before I leave. I hope this charge will be taken care of soon... otherwise, everything else about the hotel was great, parking, food, pool, availability to extra towels, firepit, cleanliness, quietness and staff/ other occupants were all friendly.

  Clean and quiet hotel

  We got the king bed with kids room, had a king size bed with small separate area with the bunkbed. Big room, very clean when we got there. Clean and quiet hotel. Has an outdoor heated pool. For the most part we enjoyed our stay, they need to be clearer on the room cleaning schedule and housekeeping needs improvement. When we checked in I was told they cleaned rooms every other day, after 3 days of no cleaning my wife asked the front desk and they said due to covid you had to request your room to be cleaned, not what I was told at check-in but ok. Then the front desk just wanted to give her more towels until my wife insisted that the room needed cleaned. Then when they did clean it the job was only half done. Our king bed got new sheets and they emptied the main trash can, but they didn't touch the kids bunkbed at all, bathroom trash was still full, towels were just stacked on the bathroom sink and not put away correctly. I would have given more stars but housekeeping really let us down. It is a new hotel, in a quiet and safe location, with a clean lobby and the room was spotless when we arrived.

  Thank you Denise!!!

  We stayed from out of state for my niece's wedding and the ladies at the front desk were amazing. They were so friendly and helpful and really treated us like family. We were worried about COVID, but the hotel followed safety protocols that made us feel better. The room was really clean too. I used the guest laundry service and had no issues with it. We were able to park an RV in the front of the hotel and had not problems with it. The breakfast was hot, delicious, and filling as well. Denise was the most amazing person and we wouldn't have had such a wonderful stay if it wasn't. Thank you for everything Denise!!
