  Little gem!

  This is a wonderful, new hotel in a handy spot to visit Big Valley. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best we have had in our time visiting the States. Dont drive passed on your journey through the countryside. Its a little gem. Thanks, Tracey and the team

  How about some sound sleep?

  The building and the rooms were very clean. Very quiet at night. Outstanding views from your window. GREAT breakfast in the morning. Very pleasant and friendly accommodating staff. Big screen TVs. All the amenities pool, fitness, food.

  Great place!

  We are usually Marriott people, but I love this Holiday Inn. It is clean and the breakfast is yummy. The ladies working the breakfast were so accommodating and friendly. The man working the desk was pleasant, even after dealing with a VERY difficult woman checking in in front of me.

  Would never stay again!!!

  My boyfriend and I decided to stay the night of the Penn State vs Indiana Hoosiers game. Check in was great, cleanliness was great, customer service started off great. My boyfriend and I smoke cigars which we did during tailgate and on our way to the hotel, rather than leave our trash in the car, we threw it away in the trash can in our room. I also went outside that night about 3 times in the cold to smoke at their designated smoking area (this is on camera). I checked out Sunday peacefully, no issues at checkout. Monday evening, I noticed a $250 charge on my credit card. I called the hotel and the gentlemen at the front desk said that he could not tell me what the charge was and that the manager that charged my card would call me tomorrow. I asked for the managers name and he said Erin. The next day I never received a call so I called in myself and Erin happened to answer the front desk phone. I inquired about the charge and as she went to say I received multiple complaints about smoking in the room I chimed in as there were no complaints during my stay at all that I was aware of. She then said you asked me a question and now youre not letting me talk. I mentioned that I used to work in the hotel industry and that I would never smoke in the hotel room and she said well since you know so much, you shouldve known not to throw your stuff in the trash can. As the conversation went on, I received the nastiest attitude during a customer service reaction ever. I asked to speak to the General Manager and she said guess what? Youre speaking to her. Im not sure if she is the General Manager or not but she said the owner would call me and then hung up on me. I also never received that call. I never met a General Manager with an attitude as such. I had to call my bank and dispute the charge. If you ever stay here, DO NOT USE THE TRASH CAN because apparently its breaking a rule and youll be charged $250.

  Better than okay

  We stayed 2 nights. Great stay under these pandemic times....breakfast was typical fare for Holiday Inn. Stayed on 2nd floor room 206. Overlooks a housing addition. Plenty of hot water. Clean room. Would stay here again.
