  Great hotel

  Very nice hotel with great breakfast Nice pool and very clean rooms Staff was great as well Easy to find right of the highway Enough parking available The snacks in the lobby are a little bit expensive but at least you dont have to go anywhere We will keep this hotel in mind for the future

  Simply amazing customer service

  I have rarely been welcomed so genuinely and been so well looked after. Ashton (the GM), Mark (the owner) and most importantly Richard on front desk are true gentlemen. I won't go into details but suffice to say their customer service is 100%. I have tried several IHG hotels in the area and I have found the one for me! The hotel is newly renovated so the rooms are great (I had a suite with a bedroom and separate living room). The free hot HIE breakfast was well managed, I loved it. Parking is free and easy. There is a safe in every room, but it's a nice area anyway so no worries. The indoor pool is quite large, I enjoyed sitting by that for an hour or two (it could do with a few more loungers). The large sauna is a nice touch too. The gym is one of the better hotel ones; 2 treadmills, an elliptical and a bike, and space for free weights and mats. Everything in the gym worked (which is unusual!) There are a couple of restaurants and a mall within walking distance if the weather is OK but I would say you really need a car. I hope that helped you. Honestly, the staff here are amazing and they will get my business going forward because they worked hard to earn it. Thanks guys. Terry

  Great location for visits to the Toronto area.

  Warm greeting from staff with no hesitation to help with directions. Maintenance could inspect elevator areas outside the doors for spills, otherwise clean and sparkling premises. Outstanding selections for breakfast always.

  Excellent

  Had to make short notice booking here due to flight cancellations at Pearson Airport. About 25 minute taxi from airport but much more affordable than closer hotels. Warm welcome on arrival and friendly staff at breakfast (very good full breakfast included). Comfortable beds, nice sheets and towels. Great value.

  Terrible Experience

  We chose to quarantine in this hotel, we were told before booking and upon check in food we ordered would be delivered so we can maintain quarantine. One particular employee refused to do this and asked us multiple times to come into the lobby to get our food. Though we see this as very irresponsible and dangerous as we are supposed to be isolating as we have previously left the country. This employee said it was fine to come downstairs and that he says its okay to, though we had specific orders from the government who called to ensure our quarantine plan we are not to leave the room. If it was really fine there would be no need for self isolation and wearing a mask was enough, although this is clearly not the case as a mask doesnt fully protect a person. People who are isolating may have the virus and this is very dangerous to instruct people to come to the lobby. This employee also made a sarcastic comment not to eat to much after us picking up our food. The rest of the employees are wonderful and its a shame this man has made this such a terrible and uncomfortable stay for us.
