    Like a lot this place friendly personnel and rooms are asome, pool is clean and the service is exceptional management is very helpful when you ask about any questions, a lot parking lot and a lot of space I truly love this place

    Have stayed many many times but no moreo

    Just returned from a 2 night stay at this hotel. We have been stayed at this hotel many many times as it is the only and closest hotel near our daughter's residence. The hotel is only about 18 months old and in a good location near shopping, restaurants, and even the Orlando VA without being in the middle of the airport or entertainment facilities so popular in the Orlando area. I would imagine if I looked thru my Trip Advisor postings, I would find a glowing, earlier posting regarding this hotel somewhere in my listings of hotels. Sadly, I cannot recommend this hotel any longer. The changes at this hotel due to COVID are shocking. First of all, the front desk is now handled by staff with is too young and possibly inexperienced. The staff doesn't wear masks indoors but surprisingly I observed blue Nitrile gloves on the front desk staff. There is a sign at the front desk that the gym and pool are closed due to COVID restrictions. After checking in, we left the room and returned late in the evening to walk by 2 people in the pool. Fast forward to the early morning of the next day, we had no rug in the bathroom, and no bag for laundry plus there are ants in the bathroom. At 0645, I went downstairs to get a cup of coffee to be told there was no coffee except in our room. There is a small Keurig in our room, who actually uses those? I certainly never have since you don't know how often they are cleaned or what has really been poured into them. So no coffee. Returning to the room and cleaned up, headed down to get the breakfast offering. LOL! There were bags of white bread with a muffin the size of a silver dollar, kids cereal boxes, NO MILK OR JOGHURT to eat the cereal with, 2 overly ripe bananas, and kids juice boxes. Seriously! We paid for a room and breakfast was included. This is just laughable. So I stopped at the desk, reported we had found a dirty towel left in the shelf where the hair dryer is stored, no bath rug, ants in the bathroom, and no laundry bag. I advised I would like these things corrected at least. Had been advised there was no room service now unless we specifically requested it, which I did. I advised that altho it says the pool is closed, 2 guests were in the pool at 2145 the evening before. And the hotel gym was closed when, if I had a membership, the gym right across the street was open! The young woman, very pleasant, took my requests. I observed NO ONE else in the hotel in the lobby. So we leave and the day goes by, we returned to the room late in the evening. When we entered the room, it was EXACTLY as we left it to include the towel which had been used by an earlier guest in that room, there was still no bath mat and no laundry bag, don't even get me started on the ants in the bathroom. So back downstairs I go, speaking to the very young employee stationed at the desk, same young man as the previous night, I asked if my room file included my requests I had made earlier in the morning. He said my requests were noted. I told him nothing had been done as I had requested. But points had been added to our account (I haven't verified this.) I had been asked early on if I would take points instead of having room serviced, I said didn't want points, I wanted service. So I went back upstairs. At check out this morning, same nice young woman I had encountered at checkin and the following morning, AGAIN, NO ONE in the lobby, Seriously this place was nearly vacant. I advised her nothing had been done as I had requested (there was also a pile of laundry on the floor outside a room just down the hall from us which was there when we checked in and still there when we checked out 2 days later). She apologized, at least. On 3 occasions, I asked 2 times to speak to a manager only to be told, manager not in, manager not in at all on weekends. I was given a card and told I could email the manager. I will not stay there again. Completely absent staff, prices have not changed to reflect the fact that there is no breakfast, no gym, no pool. BTW - didn't have pic of the morning there were the 2 overly ripe bananas.

    Great front desk crew!

    The girls at the front desk, Demaris (sat night) and Ana (sun morning) where the best, they definitely made our experience in Orlando even better! Also, the room was super clean and has a beautiful view. Thank you for helping us out when we needed the most. Thank you thank you thank you!

    Not clean

    Take a note of date this review was posted, at this time there's currently a pandemic going on so you would think that the rooms would be close to spotless. This couldn't be further from the truth. Due to booking issues I had to spend two nights in two separate rooms. In both rooms the sink counter and faucet had water stains. In one room the shower had strands of hair and in the other room the coffee station had a dried up spill with ants crawling across it. Normally this wouldn't bother me because this isn't a perfect world, but in the age of COVID I expect better. Makes you question what else they didn't clean.

    Not cleaned very well

    Checked in January 27, 2021. Told at check in that due to COVID rooms werent cleaned every day. Considering theres a pandemic I thought that was a bit odd but still assumed the room I was checking into would be clean. As the saying goes, you know what happens when you assume. Upon entry we were met with hair. The toilet area did not have the appearance of cleanliness, the showermore hair. After voicing our displeasure the front desk person offered to move us to another room but couldnt confirm it would be better than the room we have since he couldnt leave the desk to check it. We booked two nights but will be checking out in the morning. Disappointing and unacceptable to say the least.
