  Great hotel in Edmonton

  Three of us were visiting family members and stayed at the Holiday Inn express and suites near West Edmonton Mall. We had the king suite which was great for visiting. It had a king size bed and a spacious hide a bed. The hide a bed was very comfortable The best I have slept in. The rooms smelled like they were brand new and are very clean which was a treat. The staff was exceptional. The breakfast area was clean and due to Covid we had to order our food and then pick it up in another area. The selection was phenomenal and workers courteous and quick. Manager John was warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone that travels to Edmonton especially if you want to check out the West Edmonton Mall.   Nothing unexpected

  Clean hotel with friendly staff. Quite far from DT . Not much attention to detail. Requested more coffee for second days stay, received coffee but no sugar or creamer. Its those little things. Will have to try another one next time

  Very friendly staff.

  The service was good. We were able to extend our stay without any issues. The pools was relaxing. I used the printer in the business area late at night without any issues there either. With COVID-19 the cleaning staff were reluctant to come in and clean so we had to ask.

  Great Hotel, super friendly and accommodating staff

  Excellent Hotel. Definitely our choice of hotel. Super friendly and accommodating staff, very clean everywhere, offer breakfast, have business center with a printer, great location, reward points system, and give us a good price. Would certainly recommend to everyone. Excellent friendly and accommodating staff to mention a few that I was able to get names from Manager Urvish Bhatt, Novie, Carla, Selena. I don't have the other names but they were all great!!

  Great place for our Business Travel

  Great place to stay that is conveniently located for our employees to stay when traveling to Edmonton for business. Never any complaints. Staff friendly and rooms clean. Urvish is a great person to deal with and gets back to me quickly with any of my requests!
