  Un buen hotel si se busca explorar el centro de Inglaterra

  Hotel muy buen ubicado y muy bueno en relación calidad precio Buen estado de las habitaciones. Cómodas y limpias El colchón es de muelles ( creía que ya no se hacían ! :) por lo que tiene un aspecto de mejora en la calidad del sueño. Las almohadas ok pues tienes opción blanda y dura El baño pequeño pero el agua caliente de la ducha sale muy bien y rápido La conexión de wifi es muy buena y rápida Y gratuita Hay parking abundante disponible y también gratuito Desayuno ok y buena selección de cervezas y sidras en el lobby bar Quiero agradecer a Laura Carr su excelente atención. Me ayudo en todo momento y gracias a ella y su amabilidad conseguí imprimir varios documentos importantes. Por personas como ella elijo IHG

  Buena relación calidad precio

  Es un holiday inn express y responde a los estándares de calidad de la cadena. Sencillo pero limpio, práctico y acogedor. Tiene parking. El único pero que tuvimos es que no tienen habitaciones triples para adultos.

  Nice room - but breakfast!!!!

  Stayed here for one night. Room fine, staff pleasant. But then came breakfast. A grab and go option apparently. People lined up in groups with little social distancing and were allowed in a group at a time. No staff supervision led to a nightmare in terms of Covid safety. People picking up things and putting them back, not using tongs to pick things up and everyone getting drinks from the same machine which meant everybody touching the same buttons. Some not even wearing masks. Not sure this was even legal when everyone is supposed to be having table service. Sorry. Not good enough!

  A comfortable stay

  I stayed here for a night whilst working in the area. The room was comfortable and clean and well equipped. There was ample parking in the car park even for a van. The staff were friendly and polite. The breakfast was good (they are currently doing a takeaway breakfast due to COVID). I would stay here again.

  Lovely Hotel on the M4 Corridor

  I was really impressed with this hotel and it's staff. I was based there for some mountain biking in the Cotswolds. The staff work very hard during a difficult time in this pandemic. I had booked my 3 night stay in advance, before the lockdown announcement and the manager Marleen was able to move my dates forward in order to avoid the lockdown and honoured the same price I paid earlier, even though it was more costly for my new dates. There is plenty of car parking and the main foyer has plenty of room to ensure there is social distancing. Breakfast during this covid pandemic is perfectly fine, you can eat in the restaurant or take it upstairs to your room. The asian lady who works in the restaurant is very hospitable and always welcomes you in the morning as if you were one of her own. My only issue and it has nothing to do with this hotel or its staff but more to do with the interior designers for Holiday Inn. The new designed room with the dark blue carpet and wall paint makes the room look very cold and uninviting, they need to brighten up the designs of the room although the rooms have everything you can desire. My room was really big and was easily able to store my bike in there without it becoming a nuisance even though the staff stated I could keep my bike in the Storage Room if required. My only other gripe would be a plug near the bed for those like me who like to use their technological gadgets lying on their lovely large beds.
