  He utilizado este hotel varias veces por viajes de trabajo y la verdad, deberían mejorar en el aspecto de servicio de habitaciones, que no hay, servicio wifi gratis ya que es carísimo y el desayuno pues a la inglesa.

  Completely ripped off and then ignored....

  Checked in, entered my car details, gave over my credit card details and they committed to bill everything to the card. The invoice was slipped under the door in the night. Checked out and double-checked if I had anything to pay and was told "no". Two weeks later I have received a fine of £100 for not paying for the parking!!!! Emailed the manager who obviously fields a number of queries on the parking as I received a cut and paste response. Then he ignored my second email as you can see. All the primary and visible signage in the hotel is related to COVID and quite rightly so. Clearly, they are discounting the hotel rooms and making the money back on people who believe they have paid for everything only to be hit with a fine after! This is a deliberate scam.

  Fantastic staff and clean

  Had an amazing stay at the Holiday Inn, booked in for a last minute job in the area working as a key worker. The staff couldnt do enough to ensure my stay was spot on, the rooms were spotless and what an amazing breakfast in the morning. The first hotel to offer a full English breakfast with all hot options included. The COVID measures in place made me feel safe, will definitely return.

  Highly recommended!!!

  I have recently stayed at this hotel and I was impressed with all the Health and Safety measures that they took. Very friendly and helpful staff members and thank for all the effort you took to offer a very good selection of meals in such a dificult time.

  Great Stay!!!

  Staff is helpful and professional even in this difficult time. Really appreciate it. Very easy to find and the location is perfect. The breakfast offering is superb even in the current situation we are in I could enjoy my full english breakfast.
