  Stayed to attend my brother's funeral

  I stayed at this hotel overnight March 11th and checked out by 9:00 am March 12th. Upon checkout I received an itemized receipt. After returning home after my brother's funeral I checked my credit card online, and I had been charged an extra $5.65 that did not appear on my receipt. Upon checking with the hotel, I was told it was for a bottle of water that was consumed in my room. I did not order any water, and asked for this charge to be reversed. I am still waiting for that to happen.

  Maintenance required

  Disappointed with this hotel in St. Catharines. Upon arrival late last Monday afternoon we were given our suite keys and headed up. Air conditioning was barely functional in a 2 room suite, temperature around 26 and humid but the major issue for this hotel was the internet was not functioning????? I returned to the reception to inform them of the issues and was given a phone number to call the hotels internet provider, NOT WHAT I WOULD CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE ! The provider tried to tell us that it was our divises ( all 6 of them) that was the problem. After 15 minutes with no solution we decided we wanted to change to another hotel. Reception insisted that we stay and changed our suite (AC was better but still not up to par) and they were sending their IT person. Long story short....after another 1/2 with the IT person and himself on the phone with the provider he decided to REBOOT the hotel system. We had an appointment at 6;00 so we left. Returning at 8:30 pm internet was working! Next morning my husband checked the AC filters, they were in crusted with dust, reason for poor air conditioning, and removed them. Several other items were broken or missing in the FULL kitchen suite. I am a travel agent and you would think that with the COVID situation hotels will go out of there way to accommodate clients at this important time. I never heard back from the reception about ANY of the issues mentioned. I will DEFINITELY NOT BE STAYING here on my next trip to St. Catharines or recommending the hotel to anyone or my clients

  Amazing stay, my family enjoyed it , great for everyone, kids, family, couples, pets, friendly staff, very clean, pool , bowling, dinning, ww enjoyed every minute, very recommended, reason price , very very nice

  Shaklee Mini Convention

  We were very well taken care of by the friendly and efficient staff. Food was great and served right on time. We had help setting up the screens and all requests were met with a cheerful and willing attitude. Great place to have a meeting!

  Stellar service

  We had a very small event that we were able to host at the Holiday Inn & Suites in St Catharines. The food was delicious. The stuff was very courteous and helpful. The hotel is very clean. Highly recommend getting in touch with this Hotel and Conference Center for your next event. We didn't Bowl, but they have an amazing set up for bowling and also kids entertainment.
