  Buen hotel, nada excepcional

  Es una buena opción de hospedaje si se moverá por el área, ya que no tiene muchas atracciones en la cercanía, además de carecer de opciones de transporte público. Las posibilidades de salir y conocer aumentan si llega en carro o usará el servicio de taxi/uber.

  El peor hotel de mi vida

  Llegamos a las 11 am cuando nos entregaron la habitación la llave no abrió regrese al front desk y la persona de mantenimiento regreso conmigo a mi habitación con la llave maestra, y nos dijo que cambiaría las baterías de la cerradura .Por sorpresa cuando regresamos casi a las 11 pm no habían reparado la cerradura y y no contaban con una llave maestra que no tenían como abrir la habitación.En este momento son la 120 am y no hemos podido ingresar a nuestra habitación. El peor hotel de mi vida pésimo servicio y no te dan una opción para poderlo ayudar.

  Don't waste your money

  This was by far the worst Holiday Inn hotel I ever stayed in. It is a lot dingier than the pictures look. The restaurant is closed, so no room service either. Didn't find out until after calling the room service. As soon as we got out of the elevator the hallway smelled like weed, the carpet was dirty and had a huge trip hazard right outside the elevator door in form of the huge fold/crease in the carpet. I had to go back to my car to get get something and waited outside the elevator for 5 minutes for the doors to open all while listening to voices coming from inside. There was a family stuck in it for a good 5 minutes before the doors opened. I used the stairs after that. Once we got to the room, the shower curtain rod was coming out of the wall. Maintenance fixed it after I called the front desk. The ceiling had black mold growing on it. the mirror/sink has extensive water damage. One bed had stained pillow cases and sheets. My coverlet had a burn hole in. No floor mat in the bathroom. Only 1 coffee pod by the coffee maker. We ran out of soap the first night. I called the front desk to request more coffee, soap and clean sheets and was told housekeeping would refill it. Housekeeping never showed up. Went to the front desk and the clerk mumbled something about "Only 1 for a room" handed me a bar of soap and pretty much dismissed me. I've been trying to file a complaint with IHG since I got tot the hotel just to be told my reservation does not show up in their system. Not sure how since I got an email with the information. I also just received an email from their customer relations that stated: The highlighted section(s): contains inappropriate content, contains legally sensitive content Worst Holiday Inn I ever stayed in This was by far the worst Holiday Inn hotel I ever stayed in.   Worst Hotel Ever!! DO NOT STAY!!!!

  Worst hotel I have ever experienced. Driving in the gated parking lot was really weird. Check in was smooth but tons of traffic of people with alcohol coming in and out regularly. After check in with a crowd in the parking lot got our bags and went and waited 10 minutes to catch the one elevator. The carpets were dirty and stained. I noticed wiring sticking out of sockets, duct tape around room doors, and a strong odor of weed on every floor. My daughter and I were traveling for a sporting event and we both felt uneasy. Trash in the hallways leading up to the room, upon entering our room the smell Of smoke was present!!! The bathtub had a glob if hair in it, the water wouldnt turn on. The beds smelled very unfresh and we immediately booked at another hotel that was 500 times better. How can they not clean or sanitize properly during corona? It seemed as if there were long term residents which is a very uncomfortable feeling. Spend your money elsewhere..creepy dirty and nasty!!!

  Constant water leak from A/C

  For the whole 2 days prior to Christmas I was their the a/c leaked water and carpet was extremely wet. Management sent a worker. He tried to suck up the water with a pump. Then he laid 2 towels on top of carpet and left for good. They never put me in another room. I had to try and keep my 2 young grand kids from walking or playing in that area. I was very disappointed.
