  EASY ON / OFF INTERSTATE 76

  Hotel is in a good location, it's about 25 miles to Amish attractions in Lancaster County. It would have been nice if it were posted on the website that the whirlpool was closed. The regular swimming pool was open.

  Average Holiday Inn

  Place was ok, can tell that it was an older hotel that is being redone. The carpet in the hallways on the 4th floor or bumpy and not glued to the base floor causing a tripping hazard in multiple spots. Seems like there were a lot of leaks in the roof in the lobby with no buckets, just a wet floor sign. Pool area was nice and clean but FULL OF KIDS. Restaurant staff were nice but prices were extremely high for hotel bar food in my mind. We went up the street to a local restaurant and paid half the price for drinks and food. Hotel price was expensive for not including breakfast. Again, went to local restaurant and paid half the price. The hotel being connected to the Auto Mall was a nice value add.

  Great stay for a weary traveler

  This hotel was in a very remote area. It was beautiful. Older property, but recently updated. Staff was very attentive. Breakfast was great. It was a hot meal with custom omelettes, waffles and meats. Pool was refreshing.

  Issues with listed amenities being closed, room booked not available

  Arrived 1/14 the room I booked online was not available. I booked a king bed room as I a taller person. Only rooms available were queen bed rooms. I asked if there was a discount or points I could get since the room I asked for was not available. The person at the counter was very hesitant about giving me any discount or points for this inconvenience. I was offered $5 off each night of me stay after some back and forth. The food/beverage/bar was CLOSED during my entire visit. There is limited food available right near this hotel so the fact that the breakfast and bar was closed was awful. This was NOT listed on the website or anyplace to let me know until I got to the hotel. Again, no discount or points offered due to this listed amenity being closed. I understand COVID has everyone running around but should have this LISTED on your site that it is closed or does not offer breakfast. The room was fine, the hallways where a lot cleaner this time around. The heater in the room was a little loud but that is to be expected from an older revamped hotel.

  10/10 would recommend to everyone!!!

  I cannot begin to explain how amazing our stay and wedding was! Laura Taylor was phenomenal from beginning to end. She always was on top of everything and so organized, which helped me especially as a covid bride!! The weekend and day of the wedding everything went flawlessly. Laura and Mark were the best bartenders and so kind, many of the guests couldn't stop singing their praises. Our rooms were very clean and looked beautiful! All the staff members were kind and welcoming from beginning to the end of our stay. Not to mention, the hotel helped my dad out because he needed to stay a few extra nights since my mom was in the hospital. If we ever renew our vows/need a place to celebrate we will be contacting the Holiday Inn in Morgantown!! I cannot thank them enough for their generosity, kindness, and love they showed us in a time where everything is unpredictable! Thank you all so so much!!!!!
