  Modern Facility with Ample Parking

  The room was quite good with multiple places to charge your phone, a roll out table for work, and an excellent shower. The only fault I found were the pillows which were much too soft for my taste. The temperature control system was excellent. It is conveniently located next to a major road and easy to come and go.

  Very Clean Hotel

  I really liked the entire stay. Very clean place and professional staff. The front desk was being worked by the office manager and she was polite and helpful. The coffee was fresh and the newspaper was ready. The bed had fresh linens and the pillow were oh so delightful! You will enjoy your stay here. Karen and Heather are wonderful too!!!

  Less than ideal for a business traveler

  Ive stayed at the Holiday Inn in Trophy Club about a dozen times since it opened. It is really a mixed bag, but as a business traveller there is one deal breaker: WiFi. This hotel lacks reliable WiFi. Its not just that it is slow, which it is, but it seems to be impossible to stay connected no matter your device. Ive also attended two corporate events at the hotel with similar results. Frankly, the hotel likely took a look at the HI brand standards and found a way to minimally comply. Yes, there is a restaurant (Magnolia) and they serve a limited dinner menu. They used to have a breakfast buffet, but I havent seen it offered in about a year. Once again, this make it less optimal for a business traveller looking for a quick bite to eat in the morning. There is also an indoor pool, but is smaller than most that youll find at a Holiday Inn Express. Ive also experienced inconsistencies with my room, which appears to suffer from sub-standard construction and materials. For example the bathroom doors are barn style and a few of the rooms the track is not level, so the door either always stays open or always stays closed. Even though the hotel is only two years old, it will likely need a refresh in a year or two. So what keeps bringing me back? It is consistently cheaper than the nearby Homewood and Hampton and the hotel never seems to sell out. The rooms themselves are spacious, especially if you get one with the separate sleeping area. So on last minute business trips when everything else is sold out I can count on the HI Trophy Club to have a room available.

  Amazing Time! Very Clean and fun hotel

  The room was very clean and nicely set up. The lobby was very inviting and we loved the indoor pool. The restaurant had great food and a good selection of craft beer. The staff was very courteous and polite. We will definitely be back!

  Wonderful Hotel!

  I have stayed in hotels all of the world. This hotel is probably my top 5 hotels Ive ever stayed in. Its absolutely perfect. CLEAN! SANITIZED! Fantastic customer service! Great breakfast option and the shop in the lobby has a ton of choices (snacks).
