    DO NOT STAY HERE

    I have been staying at Hiltons for a long time now and until this year my husband was a frequent visitor for travel. We rented a room for us and our two children during a long drive home. Upon entering we saw red flags when noticing the general lack of cleanliness in the hallways. Bags of trash, filthy dirty carpets and ding up walls and furniture. When we got to our first room we found stains on the pillows and sheets and wrinkled bedding Im sure wasnt changed. There were grease and food stains all over the counter, coffee splashed on the lamps and dishwasher, sticky purple stuff in the freezer and chunks of food on the phone. They moved us to a second room where the carpets were yet again dirty. And the toilet covered in feces and piss stains. We then found body hair in the shower and old used tissues shoved into the box. The entire place was filthy. And the covid clean seals broken on the doors before even entering because I whole heartedly do not think they do anything other than make the beds. We stayed for the sole fact that our one year old needed to go to sleep. The next morning I requested the manager who was one of the unfriendly, personality free gentleman already standing at the counter. I began to tell him all of the issues and he barely even looked up from the counter/ I seemed to genuinely be annoying him with my complaints. All he had to say was I know who cleaned those rooms and she is very detailed ... detailed enough to not vacuum, to not change the bedding, clean the kitchen or the bathroom. Detailed enough to not see the obvious grease smeared all over the counter. To not refill the soap or wipe other peoples pee and feces from the toilet. He then told me that I booked with a third party and would have to take it up with them if I wanted any compensation. Nothing more. No sorry. No nothing. Completely unprofessional. Didnt care. I too it up with Hotels.com and when they called him to fix the issue he simply stated they clean to the best of their ability. I was offered nothing. He then ignored my calls and didnt respond to my voicemails. Absolutely NO CARE FOR HIS ESTABLISHMENT. It was disgusting. I would in no way recommend anyone stay here. The dirty, unkept hotel was bad enough but the absolute disrespect and lack of care on behalf of the manager is why it looks the way it does.

    Management Issues

    This is NOT a Hilton manager property. So do NOT expect Hilton standards and service. Assistant General Manager is in-charge and he is completely unreliable and does not follow thru. The objective here is to get your money and get you out. Employees adore the assistant GM cause he caters to their needs by covering their shifts however he does nothing in terms of guests service. He is there to please owners and employees. Do NOT be a guest at Home2 Suites by Hilton Perimeter. Breakfast is totally trash- packaged garbage. Rooms are not as good as pictures show. The utensils are terrible- cheap and nasty.

    The hotel said that is pet friendly but they discriminate against service animals for people with disabilities.

    I stayed at their hotel October 18th through October 20th because I was having a medical procedure done in Atlanta Georgia. When I called and made my reservation I let them know that I would have a service animal with me and they said that that would be fine. When I checked in late that evening I had my companion and service animal in the car parked out front and I let the clerk know that I had a service animal again and he said that wasn't a problem he informed me that my key would work for the back door. The parking lot was pretty full so I had to park in the back so me and my companion and the service dog enter through the back came up the hallway went up the elevator to our room the next morning we went downstairs with our service dog and we were asked if in fact our dog was a service dog and we explain to them yes. This happened a couple times while we were there. After checking out I got an email and realize that I had a pet fee charge on my account because they said that I had snuck a pet in which was not true Because I had informed them during the reservation and when I showed up that I did have a service animal. I was told to send an email with the medical paperwork showing that the dog was actually a service animal we were asked what services the animal provided and what was the disability all which I do not believe are legal questions to ask. I emailed them the medical documentation that they requested and I have still refuse to refund me the pet thing which means that they discriminate against those people with disabilities. I will never stay at a Hilton hotel again and I will make sure to tell all my friends and family not too as well they should be ashamed of themselves. I had to return to Atlanta 5 days after my check out from the hotel to stay for a few more days and I promise you I did not stay at their hotel.

    Birthday whipped cream

    What a trip! My family and I really enjoyed the trip. Perfect location and perfect spot to be with my family! The staff was very friendly and they take great caution for the Covid I would def stay here again!

    Bed Bugs

    This hotel has bed bugs. My husband and I stayed here for the weekend and both woke up with bites all over our bodies. I called and informed the hotel as well as the health department. An inspector came out and a manager by the name, Demetrius Blackwell, lied to the inspector saying the room was occupied so that he wouldn't be able to inspect the room. The manager also lied to me and said the room was inspected, but it wasn't. I had the same inspector return to the hotel to do another inspection, but by this time the hotel manager had enough time to clean the room leaving no findings. The inspector also called and informed me that the hotel is now under investigation for not logging their pest control services as they are supposed to. Hilton nor its hotel has done ANYTHING to refund me my stay nor compensate me for having to spend almost $300 washing all my clothes and steam cleaning my vehicle. Myself and my husband are now left with permanent scars on our bodies from bed bugs. This hotel is a piss poor description of what Hilton is supposed to be. If you go on their website and look on their reviews, you will see at least 4 other guests complaining of bed bugs. I hope a class action lawsuit will be coming to them soon!!!
