  Instalaciones muy Buenas.

  Instalaciones muy buenas y limpias con decoracion Zen, todo muy limpio y ahorrador de energía, lo malo, el desayuno, se queda corto, hay pocas opciones, pero en fin es mas saludable que el standard que tienen otros hoteles.

  Fantastic hotel!!

  We really loved this hotel. It was super clean and the room was pretty big with plenty of room for us to spread out. Nice modern amenities and everything was up to date. The kids enjoyed the pool and even though we didn't get to use it, the outside patio area looked awesome! We come to West Lafayette/Lafayette a couple times a year and this may be our new stopping place every time.

  False sense of clean

  1. Hotel gives false impression of cleanness by putting a seal on the door for disinfected room. After settling into a sealed room, we discovered a trash can full of trash under the sink. 2. Hotel staff is not trained to know what 'clean' means. We asked for sheets for the pull out bed. When sheets arrived at the door, we answered the door and found the sheets laying on the floor in front of the door - clean sheets on dirty floor where people go in and out all the time! 3. Hotel is unprepared for guests. We booked a King size room with a pull out bed couch. We asked for sheets and blankets. We were told that the mattress for the pull out bed has protection cover and no sheets will be provided. For the blankets, we were told that we'd have to wait for up to 25 minutes. More than an hour later, we didn't get the blanket so I went downstairs to hopefully pick up a blanket. The staff behind the counter said "I told you that it will take 25 minutes on the phone" and I told her that it was over an hour ago when she told me that it'd take 25 minutes. I was then told that the blanket is not ready but they will send it up when they take it out from the dryer and fold it. I then found out that there was no protected cover on the pull out bed. So I called and demanded to have sheets to cover the pull out bed. Sheets sent but still no blanket. Called one more time and was told that the blanket was sent prior to the sheets. If the blanket was left out by the door, we never got it! So they said they will send it again. A minute later we got a call and said the blanket will not arrive for another 20 to 25 minutes because the trainee locked the key in a room and without the key, they can't access blankets. We ended up not getting the blanket we asked for until passing 11pm. 4. We booked the place through hotels.com and paid advance. Upon checking-in, we were asked to paid the full amount again. The issue was resolved after another staff got involved. 5. The breakfast ran out quickly so we were not able to get the full breakfast before the breakfast time was over. The staff who took care of the breakfast order was extremely nice though.

  Fantastic! Very clean. Great COVID protocols

  Date of stay: January 28th - 29th, 2021 I was very impressed with this hotel. First, it's really easy to find at night because it's next to a well lit car dealership. A great perk on a long road trip. The front desk clerk was the friendliest, more welcoming person I have ever met. Even though, we elected to use Digital Keys - which worked perfectly - she had keys all ready for us. This was great because we had two rooms. The room was spotless. I love how they keep all the dishes in the dishwasher so you know they are clean. I highly recommend this location.

  Weekend getaway

  We stayed here the first weekend in March just to get away for the weekend. We were greeted warmly. Another front desk attendant gave us our complementary bottles of water for being Silver Members. Our room was clean upon our arrival. Overall a very nice stay, but will not be back due to poor experiences at restaurants in the area.
