  Dirtiest Hilton property I've stay in during my 18 years as a Hilton Honors member

  As a lifetime diamond member I have spent more than 1,000 nights in more than 350 Hilton properties and I can honestly say this was the dirtiest Hilton property I have ever encountered. Trash in the parking lot, overfilled trashcans outside the entrance, trash lining the hallways, counters in the room that look like they never were wiped down, dirty refrigerator, dirty walls/door, half opened cleaning supplies, used towel that was presented in bathroom as clean, poorly vacuumed room, dog/cat food in the corners of room,, etc., etc...it was sad. All while Hilton is pushing this "Lysol sanitized" pledge. I get hotels have taken a hit with Covid but cleanliness shouldn't be one of the causalities to save money. There are numerous other Hilton properties off the Hwy 228 exit, I'd advise you try out one of those instead.

  Do not stay. Bed bugs. Horrible service. Disgusting rooms.

  This room was supposed to be cleaned up to COVID standards and wasn't even cleaned to regular standards. Food was on the floor, chair and couch. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The tile floor was sticky. There was what appeared to be blood on the bathroom door. The sheets were filthy. Black mold on the ceiling and upper walls. Bathroom covered in hair. No dish tabs for dishwasher, paper towels, toilet paper or kitchen towels. A half used bottled of dish soap sitting on the counter and the inside of the microwave was caked with food. Went to complain to the desk and was told there was nothing they could do. To top it off, woke up to a bed bug full of blood crawling across the bed. Killed it and took it to the front desk. My daughter and I were covered in bites. The hotel is saying there were no bugs in the room and no evidence of them. Stay away from this disgusting place. There is a reason why the rates are so much less than the other properties in the area.

  Hilton Homes2 Suites Cranberry Township rates 5 Stars and More

  Manager Stephanie Miller and her staff bent over backwards and went above and beyond to make our family/friends wedding party group's stay from Nov. 5th to Nov. 9th absolutely WONDERFUL! Can't say enough good about them all and all they did for us! All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly at all times of day and night and all I saw after the wedding and the next day were kind enough to ask how the wedding went! Hotel is very conveniently located! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

  Bed was small

  We enjoyed our stay. The only complaint I had was we booked a Queen Bed one bedroom suite. When we arrived we found the bed size was more like a double/full. So my husband slept on the sofa. We also noticed there were no USB ports to charge your phones.
