  Bad Service and worse management

  Worst System In hotel management ever And worst team to deal with any casualty We arrived from 3 hours drive to the hotel and we already confirmed our booking a week ago Then after this long drive the manager informs us that the system is blocked and they can't get access to find our reservation so they can't give us the rooms we booked , then we had to wait for over three hours in a small room until the hotel found an alternative hotel to stay in until the problem is fixed. They said 24 hours 48 hours maximum and then we can have our original reservation, we had to stay in a hotel with smaller rooms than the ones we booked and bad bathrooms for two full days. And then we got a call from the manager telling us that another group of "individuals" overbooked our reservation. Elementary school students would have handled the problem better and would have came up with a better excuse.

  Great place to stay while waiting on housing

  We stayed at Homebridge as campany provided accommodation for 2 weeks. I never had a single thing to complain about as they provided great facilities such as gym, sauna,spa ,game room, library/bar, room service and restaurant (with western selection), laundry and the workers are very professional. All rooms had the lovely view of Caspian Sea. Besides, the hotel also equipped with small kitchen which is very useful for a long stay.

  the best hotel in Baku

  we were in Homebridge hotel apartments fro 13 to 16th September 2018. it was really clean peaceful. and the staff were truly kind and supportive. it was lovable. i suggest it to everyone. the breakfast was great and the location of hotel is good as there are free buses go to city 3 times a day.

  Stayed for work

  Stayed for a week here as it was near where I was working and the only complaint really is the extremely slow service on the restaurant. Minimum of an hour wait despite being almost the ones in there. The quality of the food was average and starters generally came out at the same time as the main meal. Other than that the room (apartment) was fine. Air con worked really well. Being very new it was clean and comfortable. The staff were fine as was the breakfast. Would I stay again? Probably not as the restaurant let it down and from I could see there was no where else nearby to eat

  Worst hotel Ive ever stayed at for service

  This hotel has went really down hill. The level of service is shocking. Ordered room service for it to take more than an hour and a half. After complaining to the manager at reception we received a phone call to say they did not have fanta and only coca cola which was fine, they then phone up 2 minutes later to say the order did not enter the system which was just an excuse if you ask me as how did they know we wanted fanta. The food is not good standard. In the resteraunt bar do not expect someone to bring over a menu to you and take your order you may sit there for 20 minutes before someone will even acknowledge you. Very poor quality of service and very lack of english speaking staff. This hotel used to be good but now with the food expect to get an upset stomach. I also placed the clean my room card on my room at 8am one day to arrive back at 4pm to it still not being cleaned. This place is a joke now with the level of service provided and I will be asking my company not to book again. I definitely would not recommend this hotel.! There attitude and level of what they think is acceptable is unreal
