    Limited breakfast options

    My son and I stayed here two nights. We both are vegetarians. For breakfast both mornings of our stay, the only hot food option contained meat. It is understandable that the hotel had to make modified breakfast arrangements due to the pandemic. If a single hot food option is being offered at breakfast, ideally it should be suitable for all guests. Or, perhaps two hot food options could have been offered. There were adequate cold food breakfast options available for us. We stayed in a one bedroom suite. The only entrance to the bathroom was through the bedroom. Ideally, direct access to the bathroom should be available from the bedroom and the living room, where the pullout sofa bed is located (my sleep location during the stay). I found a dirty cooking pot in the kitchen area, which I turned in at the front desk.

    Front Desk Excellence

    These are weird times to travel. Questions arise about services that are available, room selection is uncertain, etc. When you have someone who, on the phone and in person, exudes friendliness and professionalism, it goes a long way to assuage any concerts. Jeremy is such a person. Any organization would be thrilled to have a person like him in their ranks. Well be back!

    PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE - BED BUGS!!!!!

    Easily the worst experience of my entire life. We travel a lot and have never experienced this before. We thought by choosing the more expensive/nicer hotel we would be safe as usual - however we were sadly mistaken. Unfortunately we never think to check for bed bugs but that is definitely changing. We stayed here for 2 nights. The first night was fine, or so we thought. The second night we awoke to painful bites at 3am. When we inspected the bed we found multiple bugs on the headboard and bed sheets - and several bites on our arms and ankles. We were absolutely disgusted, but nothing tops the disgusting behavior of management afterwards. We took pictures and inspected ourselves and luggage as best we could and immediately changed rooms. As you can imagine we could barely sleep after that but thankfully we were heading home that Sunday morning. By now the fear of bringing this home had settled. We left a voicemail for Erica Walker the property manager to call us back when she returns Monday. The front desk was wonderful and took our concerns seriously - however the property manager is another story. By Monday afternoon we grew impatient and wanted to make sure no other guests would fall victim to this situation. So we called the front desk and were transferred to Erica Walker. She brushed off the situation and said that someone will be coming to inspect tomorrow (Tuesday) and then she will get back to us. There was no apology for this entire ordeal, no remorse, and certainly no empathy. Tuesday I received an email from Erica stating The hotel was not aware of any pest issues until your findings were reported. I am delighted to hear that you were moved right away to room 302. Room 302 has been examined and found NO findings of pests of any kind. We have had a positive case in Room 128. This room is being treated and left out of order, per protocol. We take these accusations very seriously and take pride in handling them properly. Thank you for reaching out and making us aware. I apologize for the move in the middle of the nigh, I realize that was frustrating, I have credited back to your master card $130.76 for the first night of your stay. We consider this matter closed. No if that isnt the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen then I dont know what is. After receiving this email I replied that I expect a full refund - with no reply. When asking Erica for her supervisors contact information - she gave me a fake email. If you have read all of this, I hope you run the other way and stay at the other hotels in the area. Our luggage is still in the garage waiting to be inspected and unfortunately we will probably have to cover the costs ourselves. We also have to now get our home inspected. Stay away from cheap and disgusting Hilton.

    Wonderful!

    I felt very welcome from the time I walked in the door until we checked out. The property was spotless, the rooms are sealed once they are clean, beds are comfortable and a decent breakfast especially during COVID19. Every one was following the CDC guidelines and hand sanitzer was available through out the facility. Will definitely stop and stay here again!

    Roomy and priced right

    I stayed here for 3 nights while working in town at the local hospital . They offer a decent price for healthcare workers and the property was extremely clean and sanitized . Theres breakfast for people staying but I had to leave at 620 and they start serving at 630, it smelled good though. Check In was east but I wanted to do it remotely from my app, but that wasnt the hotels fault . I was able to check out from my app though. Room was clean and sealed with a fresh tag and had all the necessary tools for a stovetop use in the room . The bed was firm , not a big fan , but it seems most hotels they are because like that because I guess it maintains the life of the mattress . Water pressure was weak but manageable and hot. I saw the front desk clerk spraying sanitizer in the public areas . Awesome job . All in all , Id use them again if I needed a kitchen .
