  Siempre que me hospedo en los hoteles operados por Hilton recibo mas de lo que espero, es sencillamente agradable. Siempre limpios, con na gran atención por parte del personal que intenta que este satisfecho al 100%

  Soccer Tournament

  Excellent place to stay, the breakfast was great, the staff was always friendly and proactive. The location was convenient to the Mike Rose Soccer Complex, about 15-20 minutes away. The area felt very safe and had restaurants, gas stations, and a drug store in the immediate area.

  Bugs in kitchen, furniture stained, smells - NO ONE WORE MASKS!

  Covid-19 is real! not one hotel worker wore a mask. We checked in the evening the lobby was dirty. The 1st room had so much dust and heavy stains on furniture. 2nd room had kitchen bugs (we sprayed with disinfecting spray but they were back next morning) the furniture was stain in this one as well, we had to clean with our products just to sleep and too late to find another hotel. Hmmm...Maybe because of Covid-19? but...then next day could not take it! had to leave - nothing was right the coffee taste like chemicals (lady said maybe Hazelnut creamer), the breakfast was old and not fresh at all, HS make you believe the fitness center is big - NOT! 2 machines and 1 person was using so our time was canceled. NOT HILTON STANDARDS AT ALL! I read the reviews and thought I could book for 6 nights. Very disappointed! Went to another hotel and it was terrible too but this time I took pictures (disgusting) 4 rooms at Hilton UGH! I will stay put during Covid - 19. Hilton customer service said they were busy with calls - that's why I am sure!

  Nasty breakfast

  The room was nice and updated but heres why they get the 3 stars. Continental breakfast. Because of COVID they are serving you, I asked for 2 Belgium waffles. Ya know the kind you pour batter on the maker and flip . Hot yummy. The lady walked to the back kitchen and came out with 2 pre made waffles and put them on the waffle maker to reheat them. Im assuming they did this to save time, but they were old and hard. I was shook. Then for fruit its canned fruit cocktail. Yes the kind you get in kindergarten when you go through the lunch line. Hilton you have a name that needs to stand with its reputation. Fresh fruit and for god sake make the waffles fresh. Really ruined my boyfriends morning.

  Hotel stay Nov 6- 8 2020

  I recently rated this hotel a excellent but I have to change my rating to a good because as we were checking out we paid with cash when I looked at my receipt it was incorrect it had my sister-in-law address info on there but it had my bank info on there. My husband went back inside and explain it to a lady by the name of Dede that the info was incorrect and she said that it will be ok and that our account was cleared and our card wouldnt be charged. My husband stated to her that he doesnt wont to see any charges on our card. Well when I looked on my account two days later they charged my card $509.76 for our room which we paid cash for and for my sister in law room. I immediately called and asked for a manager. The manager was nice and he seen the error and he said that the money will be back in my account in a day or two. I will wait and see and if its not back in my account I will give them a call back or I will give a call to the corporate office. But other than that I enjoyed my stay there and the area is in a great location. I just dont like my money being messed with even though it will be put back. All of that couldve been corrected when my husband went back on the inside to let her know of the mistake we live at least 4 hrs away.
