  Excelente hotel, servicio, limpieza y ubicación!

  Un hotel muy limpio. Todo el personal siempre dispuesto a ayudar y hacerte sentir como en casa. Alimentos de excelente calidad. Alberca limpia. Para mi gusto solo las camas muy aguadas. Excelente ubicación cerca de tiendas, centros comerciales y entretenimiento. Volvería sin duda

  A 25 Minutos de Downtown Ottawa

  Muy retirado de la ciudad. A no ser que tengas auto no veo razón de quedarse aquí si vienes de visita. El hotel y sus servicios muy buenos. Incluso el desayuno muy bien servido así como la piscina y su gimnasio A no ser que te quedes por aqui por razones de area no recomendable si vas de visita a la ciudad. Ventajas desayuno y parking incluido Desventaja Lejísimos de la Ciudad.

  Muy buena opción

  Una excelente opción para alojarse! Muy buenas habitaciones, bastante nuevas y calidad en general óptima. Un buen gimnasio y una buena piscina. El desayuno bastante escaso y debería mejorar. Martes, miércoles y jueves se ofrece una cena ligera de cortesía que está muy bien!

  Fantastic Customer Service

  Upon arrival I was I was greeted with a friendly text message from one of the hotel managers. She was very friendly and accommodating. Daily, she would reach out to see how my stay was going and if i needed anything. Every interaction with all of the other hotel staff was just as pleasant. Always bubbly and very approachable for any of my needs. Regarding Covid they did a great job of adhering to provincial and municipal regulations. I felt very comfortable with the level of cleanliness and guidelines set out for the hotel guests. Kind regards, Schuyler

  A Fantastic Hospitality during COVID-19

  Bottom line this hotel respects COVID-19 protocols. This is fantastic option for those who care about the safety of the community and themselves. The moment I arrived to this hotel, I'm greeted by friendly and professionally guest service attendants. I was given two card keys for my room. I observed all the staff wearing mask, hand hygiene and keeping social distancing. I love my room. My room is very clean and the decor is on par with lamps throughout the room. There is a large TV with channels I could watch. Getting into WIFI was easy by inputting my last name and my room number. WIFI was fast. Bed is a king-size and very comfortable to rest and sleep on. I had a small kitchen that had a full-sized fridge, a small electric stove top, sink, toaster, microwave, and dishwasher (that used dishwasher pods), it was easy to store things, easy to use, enjoyed cooking and made my life easier during my stay. I had a bathroom with a big sink, mirror, toilet tub and shower that made it relaxing. Due to COVID-19, their free breakfast is not buffet but packaged breakfast meals. For the circumstance were are in, I considered the breakfast satisfying and delicious. For a packaged breakfast, you get muffin, fruits (apples or banana), juice (either apple or orange), English muffin egg with bacon or sausage sandwich, and boil egg. It also comes with a snack box that has yogurt, cutlery and a bagel with cream cheese. You can go to the main floor from 6:30-9 to pick up your breakfast or have it delivered to your room at 8-9:30 from Monday to Friday. On weekends pick up is 7 to 10 and delivery is 9 to 10. There is free complementary coffee and tea at the main floor which tastes refreshing. You also get a Keurig machine in your room which is great. Their house-cleaning service is excellent. They would bring all your requested amenities at appropriate and timely. They would not judge you for what amenities you requests. For COVID-19, they would knock on your door, and if you respond the door they will hand it to you. If you don't, they will drop it off at the front of door, whenever you are ready to retrieve it. For dirty linens or towels. You put it in a laundry bag they provide and you put it outside of your door. They will come and pick it up. Same goes for garbage. They have a wonderful gym. The gym is on their second floor. Due to COVID-19 purposes, you will need to book your time at their gym an hour advance. They are following the province rules of having only 10 people at a time. You book an hour advance and when it is time you will receive a key to get into it. The gym machines such as treadmills gives a good workout. Now if Ottawa is in a LOCKDOWN, the gym is closed and won't be open until the city is no longer in lockdown. Their pool is heated and saltwater. I love their pool. It is super relaxing and refreshing. Kids love it. You need to book an hour advance like the gym. It is also closed if the city is in a lockdown. Their laundry uses ONLY 2 LOONIES for the washer and another 2 LOONIES for the dryer. You will need total of 4 loonies for a full dry and wash. You will ask the front desk for a laundry key. Their laundry is stationed next to the pool. Easy to use! Their front lounge and dinning room is modern looking and comfortable. You can use their computers and printer. If you want to print something, make sure you have your own USB. Their front desk are friendly, professional, excellent services, and very hospitable. Overall, this hotel is phenomenal during the COVID-19 pandemic and lockdown. It was an excellent experience from their staff, their rooms, to their facilities, hospitality and services. I had a wonderful time at Homewood Suites Hotel by Hilton in Kanata. Would recommend anyone to stay there for a night. I give this 5/5.
