  Unsafe for Covid.

  We stayed at this homewood location two weeks in a row for one night. The second time in particular we felt quite unsafe. Sunday morning there were whole families roaming the halls and breakfast area with no masks and improper distancing. Not a PEEP from the staff. Worse yet some of the the staff had masks off and would try to put on when they saw you. Great hotel, if you think Covid is a hoax.

  Covid super spreader in the making

  This would have been a great stay if not for two things: the outside wall of our room sounded like it had a jack hammer going all night and almost no guests were wearing masks. Every time we tried to get in the elevator, unmasked people were stepping out. The hotel had lots of signs about wearing masks and taking precautions, but none of them were enforced. The worst part was when another guest tried to pick a fight with my husband for wearing a mask as he was waiting to get on the elevator. The young man leered, Scared? We has chosen this location so we could cook our meals in the kitchenette instead of being around others, but ended up checking out early.

  THANK YOU, ANGEL AND MARY...!!!

  A return visit for us and its everything you expect from one of the newer Homewoods. The rooms are spacious, windows screened and open for a breeze, immaculate laundry room, very big fitness room with free weights, indoor pool and Jacuzzi very much on the large size and of course those always-friendly staffers like Angel on the front desk who coordinated our early arrival for just the room we had picked out. Breakfast is served to you here, including coffee and on our day included hot scrambled eggs with cheese and chives plus sausage patty, yogurts, muffins, little milk cartons and the usual friendly smiles from the servers. Special thanks to Assistant GM Mary for welcoming us back with the much-appreciated Diamond upgrade to the 2-Bedroom (King, 2 Queens)/2-Bath (both with tubs) Suite. We shall see you next time because this is the only place to be in Rock Springs!

  COVID signage was minimal

  We stayed on several Hilton properties during our vacation this fall. The other properties had signage for COVID guidelines prominently displayed, but this property did not. As a result, several guests were not following the protocols. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean.

  Great nights sleep

  We got a great nights sleep in a clean quiet room that was easy to find and convenient. The hotel is very new and very nice. They were utilizing COVID-19 protocols for client stays in the hotel and they provided only a slight hinderance to a great stay.
