  Hotel limpio, relativamente económico, buen desayuno, personal muy amable, es una muy buena opción para el camino, muy recomendable, nos quedaba muy cerca del evento a que íbamos, todo es fácil y limpio. Parqueadero cubierto, construcción reciente

  En casa fuera de casa

  Incluido en la tarifa, desayuno completo, Happy hour ( vino o cerveza sin cargo ) y cena liviana. que mas pedir. Mi 4 vez en este hotel, el personal es lo mejor del mismo, se preocupan por hacerte sentir bien. Ubicación, con 3 supermercados, mas de 10 restaurantes, banco, FedEx, Un shopping muy grande a 6 cuadras. Nada mas que recomendarlo! Voy a Springfield desde 1989 y este es el lugar que mas cómodo me han hecho sentir.

  The worst Hilton Hotel experience I have ever encountered

  I am a Hilton Diamond member and have stayed at more Homewood suites than I would like to count. My family and I signed up for this hotel as part of our military move to Springfield. We saw there was a pool, breakfast, dinner and a nice place to stay. All of that turned out to be false. They have cancelled everything due to "COVID". They won't clean your room unless you check out. There is no toilet paper, towels, or anything refreshed unless you go to the front desk and have Erica treat you with the absolute least respect possible. The comforters on the beds are literally a bed skirt over the sheets. The pool is closed even though that's not the case for other hotels. The breakfast is not available and not even offered unless you protest multiple times for a yogurt. The business center does not work to print, so you will have to interact with Erica if she can see it in her schedule to print anything off for you. The silverware in the rooms is very disparate and may only have 2 spoons. The non-smoking hotel is entirely covered in smoke. None of the common areas are functional. All of the handicapped spots are filled with construction vehicles. I sent a note to Hilton and was told I would hear back in three days...5 days ago, needless to say nothing. If you want to stay in a Motel 6, but pay for a Homewood Suites...here is your place.

  I was there for my sons basketball tournament and was told that there were rooms available. When I arrived, The customer service girl told me that they were sold out and there was nothing she could do. I told her That I drove a long way and thats where everyone else was staying at a discounted group rate. I didnt want to go elsewhere and have to pay a higher rate after I was told they had availability . Thats when Nasima came over and I explained my situation to her. She was able to find me a room at the group rate. She save me time, aggravation, and money by helping me out to stay at the hotel.

  The Homewood Suites in Springfield, VA is a very nice property. Whether you come for work, pleasure or an overnight stay as you continue on your journey, you will not be dissatisfied. Room are very spacious, shower is terrific and the full kitchen is great. The parking deck is not suitable fir larger SUVs or long trucks (the third deck is uncovered and is better suited for those).
