  Excelente servicio y comodidad

  El hotel cuenta con un personal excelente, con una actitud de servicio. Además, el hotel es muy cómodo, muy hogareño. La piscina y el gimnasio cumplen con las expectativas y la comida de desayuno es excelente. Es un lugar tranquilo para poder descansar.

  Horrible customer service. Bugs in the rooms

  On check in everything was good until I got to the room.Gave me the last room on the floor its a hike . As a hilton diamond with my preferences been near elevator did not expect the hike. The room was so hot turned off heat and tried to open windows to cool off room ,thats a no no windows don't open . Now for the bugs ....in the corners by the window found a couple of bugs picture attached no problem killed them . Being covid I wipe down the room myself during my wipe down found 3 more bugs under the sink and 2 more in the kitchen area . Now to the customer service... called down to ask for extra towels as im here for 5 nights and now rooms being cleaned with covid get told I can get my room cleaned with 24hr request or I can bring dirty towels down and they will give me new ones ...I have 60 stays last year during covid and never once got told to bring dirty towels to reception.LASTLY WAS TRYING TO GET A LATE CHECK OUT AS IT WS SNOWING AND TRYING TO SEE IF FLIGHT WAS GOING AND HAD TO BEG FINALLY GOT A EXTRA HOUR THANKS WAY TO TREAT LOYAL DIAMOND CUSTOMERS.was told they were full tonight yet unlimited rooms on the website available.I guess if my flight is cancelled ill have to leave a hotel that is not full and go to another hotel . One bonus yje hotel has is Barbara she took care iff the towel issue after I went down to change towels and get toilet paper as the gave me 1 roll for 5 days.Stay away the are to busy looking at the ants while the elephants walk by ...

  Above Average

  Being honest on my review. I truly would of thought the room would of been cleaner. The electrical plug was busted exposing the wiring. The bathroom was nasty. I would of thought for the price they could of been a little cleaner.

  Acceptable stay

  Our stay at the Homewood Suites was fine. Room was clean enough but not perfect. There were a couple minor wear marks in the room but not too noticeable. The staff we dealt with were friendly when we went to the desk to get linens for sofa bed. Beds comfortable. Pool closed. We stayed in 437. The guests in 435 partied hard well into the night and were disruptive to my family. I should have called the front desk. Around 3:30 there was a different disturbance in the hallway. Our stay was not restful in the least but that isnt the fault of the hotel. We were up early for a flight and were gone before breakfast but their setup looks sweet. The airport is very close. We would stay here again the night before a flight.

  Yuck

  Our room was nasty. Stains all over the carpet. The tub had hair in it. The pull out couch said the sheets were in the closet. When we opened the closet there was nothing in there but a plastic bag with a rolled up blanket that was clearly used and not washed. The lamp shades were all crooked, clearly housekeeping does not care for theyre jobs much. The stovetop was dirty. The floors were sticky. Its very worn out. For $160.00 a night Id expect much better. We get there after a 9 hour car ride to find out the pool was broken. Now I had kids we needed to let out energy and we had nothing for them to do. I understand things happen but you should maybe contact the customer who were assuming the amenities they were anticipating are no longer available. The only positive was there all the staff we came in contact with were very polite.
