  Nada bueno en especial que decir

  No hay nada que distinga a este hotel como algo especial digno de mencionarse. Los pasillos del hotel tenían muy mal olor. La limpieza de las habitaciones no fue de lo mejor. El servicio de Internet en ocasiones se volvía demasiado lento.

  Great place to stay

  Very clean restrooms and lobby. Friendly staff! Convenient location halfway. between San Diego and Phoenix. Highly recommend you consider staying here. We have always liked the Homewood Suite line of hotels because the best meats and breakfast and amenities.

  COULD BE A LOT BETTER

  I recently stayed at the Homewood Suites and will tell you the pros and cons of the hotel. Pros: Hotel is in a great location. It is close enough to the freeway, but far enough that you dont hear any traffic. It is setback from the street. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. Sams Club is across the street and a mall. Nice having a full size refrigerator in the room. The rooms were very quiet. Cons: The website shows the serve a hot breakfast. That is not the case. You will get a ziplock bag with a water, granola bar, small yogurt, fruit punch and I got a moldy orange. (See the picture attached). They do sell boxes of cereal, etc that normally would have been provided. We ended up having to pay to eat breakfast elsewhere. Rooms are not serviced. Be ready to reuse your wet towels, make your bed and take your trash out. If you need anything, you need to go to the front desk and wait for someone to appear. We literally had to go to the front desk and stock our room. I wish I knew all of this before I went. They should have left extra towels, coffee, Kleenex, etc if they are not going to service your room. Our couch bed had no sheets and none were in the room. I wrote a email to the hotel manager with no response.

  Very clean and careful during the pandemic

  We were very pleased with the Homewood Suites. The management told us it was doing extra work on cleaning during the pandemic and we found that to be true. It was clear that all the areas we would touch had been sprayed with Lysol and cleaned. And the rooms were marked after cleaning. Masks were required. Signs limited elevator use to 2 people and there were hand sanitizers and kleenex in the common areas. The room was large and the kitchen was good.

  Not To Hilton Standards

  My wife and I visited Yuma a couple weeks ago - spent a Saturday night at this Homewood Suites.. the third Homewood Suites over a 6 day period. I do not understand the high marks given to this hotel. This was our worst stay during our two week trip, primarily due to 2 reasons - it is not as clean as some have mentioned (see photo of our sofa) and this location DOES NOT take Covid-19 seriously at all. From large gatherings inside the hotel - to beer parties at the pool - we simply did not feel safe there. On the plus side - the staff could not have been better. Would I stay here again - No.. in fact, although I have never done so, I feel like asking Hilton for a refund. My advice - look elsewhere in Yuma
