  Excelente ubicación

  En el centro mismo de Busan. Al salir del hotel estas frente mismo a todas las tiendas y restaurantes. El lugar es muy movido con mucha vida. Cerca del hotel se encuentra la estación de metro y bus, también Lotte Mall. Las habitaciones son muy lindas con una excelente vista. Amplias y cómodas. Recomiendo este hotel para quedarse en Busan!

  Good location

  Lots of shopping around the hotel. No need to travel to other place to shop. Restaurants are lesser compare to retail shops. Remember to print taxi card from hotel website & show to taxi driver from airport. Then, the taxi driver has no issue to drop you at the front of hotel. This hotel is beside YZ shopping mall. Anyone can go to the hotel room floor as there is no access control at the lift. This is one important note which the hotel should improve on. Hotel serves American buffet breakfast however the choices are exactly the same everyday. Coffee is nice. Beds are comfortable.

  BIFF AREA

  i stay 2 night in this hotel, this is the first time i going to Busan. i really loved this hotel , in BIFF area so many store and restaurant . very kind staff and near with Gamcheon Village . but, for breakfast not many variation menu . but overall good .

  Incredible Stay!

  This place was chosen by ur daughter during our holiday trip to South Korea. Its again I the heart of Busan, right in the most colourful place- BIFF Square. The hotel can be reached by Busan Metro- Its a 5 min walk from Jagalchi Station. The front desk is on the 6th floor of the building which happens to be a mall. The rooms are very spacious and a pleasant welcome especially after our tight room stay at Seoul! The amenities in the room are good. There is 24 hr coffee service at the front desk. Only complimentary Tea is available in the room. The sleep quality of the beds is excellent- We in fact missed the breakfast timing the next morning! Ha ha ha! Its walking distance from Busan Tower and th shopping places nearby. Overall, a fabulous stay at Aventree Hotel Busan!

  Nice hotel, nice service, affordable price

  Im very satisfied with my stay at Aventree. The location is great, near the shops & restaurants. The service was really great. My husband left his bag in train & the reception helped us to call the korail & help us to solve the problem. Room was quite big & clean. Have some space for 3 big luggages. Very recommended

  Central, Quiet, Friendly Hotel with Laundry Facilities

  Three star hotel with excellent location within walking distance to Lotte Dept. Store observation Deck; Jagalchi Fish Market; trendy BIFF Square and Gwangbokdong Food street in Nampo. Despite the bustle of shops and people around, its very quiet. In fact, its hard to find as its tucked inside a building and the signage isnt great. Our taxi driver gave up after circling the block and deposited us in the hotels basement parking lot. We then made our way up to the hotel. Confusingly, Lobby, means first floor entrance/exit, whereas the hotel Lobby is in fact on the 6th floor. Even after knowing where the hotel is, we had trouble locating it. Basically, opposite the Baskin Robbin on Gwangbokdong-ro (pick up/drop off point for Ubers coming/going from the hotel), go up the small side street where there is a post office on your left. Towards the top of that street on your right, you should see signs for the Aventree Hotel. But they have no arrows showing the way. So instead follow the signs for the Cosmetic Shop, Glow Shop. They are in the same building. The elevator will be on your left. Ive attached a photo of the sign and the street map from the Korean Naver Map App (which you will need to navigate as Google Maps doesnt work in Korea). Rooms are small and basic but modern. The WIFI isnt the best but its acceptable. There is only one bedside light and like in many hotels its not designed for reading but to add to the decor. There is also only one bedside table. Queen bed is comfortable. The rooms are of acceptable cleanliness, but they could do with removing bits of mold and calcium build up at the top edges of the bathroom sinks, and wiping away toothpaste splatters on the glass sliding door. Every day the housekeeper dutifully replaced our complimentary bottles of water in the fridge. A real treat are the laundry facilities on the 8th floor. You buy liquid detergent soap in the vending machine at reception for Won 500. No coins are necessary to operate the two washing machines and one dryer. But note that the standard wash lasts 2 hours and 8 minutes plus an extra 5 minutes for the machine to unlock. Its therefore kinder to fellow guests to use the speedy wash which only takes 15 minutes. Laundry closes at 10 PM to reduce noise for nearby rooms. I wish more hotels provided laundry facilities. Staff are helpful and most speak decent English and Japanese.

  Aventree - Its Pros & Cons

  Pros 1. Excellent walking distance to main BIFF district, full of funky outlets, food stalls and generally a fun place to explore. Tower & park also very close and accessible via an set of escalators. 2. Staff were super helpful, although not all spoke much English. We were helped with directions, making restaurant reservations & getting a socket adapter. 3. Metro station short walk away. 4. Sleep for five (of six) nights was refreshing. Cons 1. We only managed breakfast 2 of 6 mornings as ridiculous 7 - 9am time. Last orders was 8:40. 2. Breakfast lacked variety - a few Korean dishes, no fruit, white bread (for toasting), jam and butter. 3. Coffee was weak & no English breakfast tea. 4. Sewerage smell from bathroom. I informed front desk, then covered gap where smell was from - (pipe from sink going into ground). 5. Air-con trouble: Constantly noisy and clicky. On last night, it stopped working. With help from front desk, it resumed but in early hours of the morning started dripping incessantly onto the floor.

  Well located hotel in Busan

  We stayed at this hotel for three nights on our family holiday to South Korea. The hotel is well located in Busan nearby the Jagalchi fish market. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The reception staff were helpful and the breakfast was reasonable.

  Great Location!

  We booked 2 rooms for our family of 4. The location is great, within walking distance to the subway, shopping and eateries! There is a laundry room which is great but you have to bring your own laundry powder/detergent or you can just buy from the reception! Overall, it is a good stay. The only grouse i have is that there is no body lotion provided in the toilet.
