  Great small hotel in good location

  Stayed for a week here middle of June. Very reasonable prices and had a nice room overlooking the road. Thought it would be noisy as the street is pedestrianized at night so it is very busy with people but it all quietens down after about 11pm. Not many English staying here which we liked. The owners and hotel staff were very pleasant. Room was quite big and had a good sized bathroom - everything you would want was supplied - and bear in mind this is a 2* hotel. Very clean and breakfast choice was good. Location = very convenient for the shops and beach area. Hotel has its own section of the beach with free use of sunbeds and sun parasols. Plenty of choices of places to eat at night and we found it quite reasonable (exchange rate on Euro being good). Found it easy to get to Venice via local bus and ferry which takes you right up to St Marks Square (total one hour journey) We also did a day trip to Lake Garda and Verona which was worth the 2 hour coach journey. A great place for a touring base with a fantastic beach thrown in. Although the resort is geared up for families with children we still found it ok - never thought I would say that as our children are grown up and we normally holiday anywhere childfree! Would recommend this hotel and location if you want to stay near to Venice area but also enjoy the beach for relaxation.

  Brilliant service, great place

  Popped in for some lunch food was good service was great very polite and help full, although took a while to come even tho the restaurant was practically empty nice relaxing setting toilets were clean as was the restaurant it's self worth a stop off for some time out of the Sun !

  First of all, the stuff is very welcoming. Good housekeeping work and a great breakfast. We made a reservation for three persons and we get two separated rooms in a kind of apartment. Keeping in mind that it is a 2 stars hotel, you'll get excellent conditions. Maybe the walls are too thin, because you can hear almost everything from your neighbors, but it's not too bad. The parking lot is bigger than what I've seen to other hotels around. The beach is very close (aprox. 4 minutes walking). Do not hesitate to choose this hotel :)

  lovely hotel in a very italian area

  a lovely unassuming hotel, very clean and a great welcome from Massimo and his Team. firm comfortable bed and a good range of local food for the" help your self" continental breakfast there is also a small lift and this hotel allows guests to take their dogs

  very nice place to take a break

  Did not stay in the hotel, but had a capuccino and vino rosso (or two) in the outside cafe. Decent prices, great location and the staff was very nice and accomodating. This is a particularly nice place to relax while the better half goes shopping :-)
